The Kul stopped firing on the arachnid the moment it sunk back into it's hole, the dirt where it once sat was already soaked enough to give the reptile a home-advantage. Already, with only a few moments of continuous assault, the reptile had already covered the area up to 4 inches with water, even if they simply ricocheted off of her armor. Of course, this meant her armor was soaked too, an advantage waiting to be exploited. In an attempt to relieve her of the assault, she summoned a massive wall of stone in front of her, granted only a very temporary relief. His aquatic bullets tore through the rock and earth with ease, only a second or two passing before the scenery could be observed on the other side. Though, instead of seeing the surprised, dented armor of the girl behind her protection, all he saw was the perforated ground where she once stood, a large, person-sized hole standing in her place.
He knew this was not the end, that she had not ran from the battlefield... This girl didn't have a shred of fear or doubt about her throughout any portion of their fight. No... a better idea was that she was tunneling underground as with her pet spider, looking for a way to catch him off guard. She had just shown him her capability to control earth after all... With a snap of his reptilian fingers, dark, heavy clouds began to coagulate above them followed by a crack of thunder bolt of lightning. Rain began to pour upon the wrecked town, not only revitalizing the lizard-man and granting him more strength and speed, but now, with his exceptional aquamancy, he could feel every little vibration that stirred the puddles below him, on the wall or the ground. Even before she fully resurfaced, massive two-handed blade in tow, Nuzadth felt the disruption in water, making it easy for him to determine her location. The elf rushed up the building and attempted to slash him in half with her blade, but before it even managed to complete a half-swing, the weapon stopped dead, held in place by a tentacle of water growing from the wall just an inch or two behind her. Her weapon would likely be unable to move, given the ever-growing strength of the aquatic reptilian, his own energy not waning in the slightest. He didn't even have to use his magic to keep this little storm going. All he had to do was.... will it into existence. Nature picked up on the rest. As for it's shifting ability, Nuzadth waited in anticipation, looking for any and all attempts to see what she was going to transform it into next. He knew that the moment it stared, he would likely have an idea what it would be before it was fully formed. The young Kul would stare down at her with those glowing, reptilian eyes of his as she tugged harder and harder by the rain coagulating on her armor, almost as if it were increasing the weight of her suit.
The more and more she stayed in this rain, the more and more she would be weighed down. The water on her armor condensed into a light sheet on the surface, forcing her to suffer the intense burden of the ever-rising pounds of water. If that weren't enough the flooded earth at her feet would act almost like a syrup, resisting any and all attempts to slosh through it's territory. The young Kul crossed his arms, wondering if the spider would risk its own exoskeleton to retrieve its soon-to-be doomed master, or if she would make a jab at the caster. Nevertheless, this little fight was going to be short unless she managed to get them out of the water. Even so... she would be heavily soaked, practically a puppet if he wished such a disgraceful fate. The spider, however, was relatively dry...
