It had happened again hadn't it? the beast had taken over. She knew it had happened, the pool of blood, the clear signs of struggle.. And her sitting in the middle of it. She knew she shouldn't have come here, this place brought out the worst in her. But it was undeniably an amazing location for science. Of-course, she initially looked for the body.. before realizing that she knew exactly where that went. Clutching her chest, she visually gagged, but naturally that didn't help, the beast would feed her, even if she didn't want it. At-least he didn't struggle anymore, that would just make it worse.
Finally collecting herself she got back up, eyeing her surroundings. She had seen flyers about her beast in the city, how it terrorized the people and destroyed families. She knew it wasn't that bad, but people loved over reacting, it was hardly a wonder why though. Who wouldn't be terrified of such a creature, unstoppable by mortal means? she was a monster, but she had made peace with that by now.
Figuring the place was remote enough she didn't bother cleaning up the mess, the benefit of the transformation being that the mess that would've covered her monstrous counterpart didn't cover her, so she showed little traces apart from appearing a little shaken. Getting her bearings, she realized she was far away from her carriage and horses, the beast had chased far, no doubt toying with the poor man or woman.
After a while of walking she came back upon her carriage, noting a commotion. Someone was no doubt doing SOMETHING here, it initially sounded like fighting but she quickly noted the sound being a blade on stone. After the bounty on my head no doubt.. she thought, figuring it wasn't worth inciting the pressence she took a chair from the carriage and placed it outside, along with a alchemical table. She didn't try to hide her presence from the two figures in the distance, as she figured that was even more suspicious. As such, she simply continued her work, mixing elixir after elixir, but keeping a keen eye on the two in the distance.
After a while she had to test one of her elixirs, a volatile one, to say the least. Thats why she had come here after all. To be able to test combat elixirs in relative peace. These two would simply have to cope. Taking some distance from her carriage, she plugged a cork in the vial and tossed it into the ruins mere steps away from her. Seconds later, a loud sizzling was heard as the chemical reaction chained, the liquid coming into contact with the earth violently ripped it apart atom by atom causing a mushroom cloud explosion the size of a house. Rubbing her hands together Victoria nodded with satisfaction, taking her notepad from her side and writing down her success and what she could potentially alter.
''Maybe.. I can make this bigger.''
