Well, I am basically brand new to RPGing and haven't really been writing for all that long either, but I have a fabulous mentor. Actually... two fabulous mentors.  I'm kinda looking for someone to RP with because I am horrible at starting them.  I also have only one character, and one character only.  I believe he is my masterpiece... :P

That is, if you're interested in a very large, very ambitious plot involving war, politics and explosions.

oooo... yes, he is a mage... and a swordsman... and a vampire.... yeah, that about sums me... -cough- him up... :P I consider him to be my sort of alter ego... i dunno if that sounds wierd or not but nonetheless... i will look into that as soon as i can
