Okay I can't keep that up. Ahem. Just explain the race on your Profile and it'll be allllll good. You don't need it to be approved, unless of course it turns out to be really...well...godly and unfair. If they aren't, then no one complains and you play your race! xD
As for the other thing, people probably won't play your race, but just in case, most people ask about playing a race that isn't on the "Races" front page.
