A circular ring appeared in the sky. An energy vortex began to spiral from the center, drifting outward. The whirlpool generated depth and a small body was sent through. The creature was shrouded in darkness and flung out into the new realm. The night sky concealed the figure unintentionally. The creature was petite in size and had what looked to be angel wings. Three small shiny objects were pulled from its grasp and spun from away. Two frosty mercuric eyes opened, gleaming in the pitch-blackness around as they disappeared. It began to fall toward the ground, picking up speed, but not very fast. The wings fluttered and struggled as yearned to break free of the shackles that bound them together. All they could do was slow the decent as nothing it did could break free. As the approach came closer, its speed abruptly decelerated as objects could be seen below. It spiraled its trajectory over to what seemed to be a mostly unoccupied area. Slowing just enough, it crashed into the nearest alleyway. With a loud crack and thud, it slammed into the dirt, cratering it slightly and skidding across the ground. Light glowed from the streets into the dreary alleyway, shedding just enough light to reveal the minute being. It was a small girl about the age of thirteen. She stood at a staggering three and a half feet tall. Her body was fully matured and well endowed, that of an Angel. She was barely clothed, wearing only unique coverings over her privates and leaving her entire shape wide open with the exception of her boots and wristbands. Her skin was black and accented with gray-segmented areas and she had long slender elf-like ears covered with piercings. Her hair was white with silver streaks and tightly braided, extending to her ankles. Then, her wings...if u could call them wings...they were cybernetic. Jet-black, mechanical marvels, beautiful in design, though skeletal and plated. They may have been machine, but they were completely silent, swift and light as a feather. Where they shot from her back, white downy feathers still remained present from real wings once before. She coughed and rose from the dirt, holding one of her arms in hurt. She sat up and breathed deep, exhaling slowly. Wings shackled and body shaken, she sat, staring at the ground before her, not bothering to have a look around. The retinas of her eyes were an icy blue liquid, metallic like mercury. Her ears fell back and her eyes filled with tears as she shuddered with apprehension. She had no clue where she was or how to get back home. More importantly, she lost what she needed most and now she was stuck almost helpless. She was so confused and distraught; she just moped until she could think straight.

A shrouded mountain seemingly glided down the night street. His heavy boots made quiet thuds at his oddly light passing. The man wore a tired look on his face in addition to the concealing gray cloak. He wandered in the parts of town mostly non-traversed to avoid contact with the unfortunate. He'd grown weary of his work as of late. After all, the world was full of injustices and oppression. It was then that a dreaded sound splashed his ears. "Dear mystics," he moaned in a basso rumble, "why'd it have to be crying?" He walked backward a couple paces to peer into an alleyway.

Within the darkness was a figure comprised of darkness, broken only by silver eyes and white hair. Large black wings filled the space behind her. She was odd-looking, but he'd seen stranger. The tiny being shivered and whimpered. The man walked up to her and knelt, but still he was taller. He chose not to clear his throat, as that tended to intimidate people, "It seems like you've been wronged in some manner. Is there any way I can be of service?"

As she shed her tears, she was oblivious to the quite outsized man who had loomed her. Her ears flickered and she jumped back when he broke the silence. Catching herself from falling, she braced with her one functioning hand from behind, her other still against her chest, quivering with hurt, but no sign of external injury. The position her small self had fallen into illustrated her attractive and supple figure and endowed chest plenty. Her cheeks went a shade of pink and she closed her legs, shivering. With ears tipped back, she gazed wide in his direction, not focusing on any part of him in particular.

She stared through him almost, eyes radiant, retinas of blue mercury. She trembled with alarm, tears running down her cheeks. She could only wish she knew where his stare was gawking at and hoped he wasn’t. Her eyes could only sense objects and direction. They could not see him, but only his vague outline, unable to define the smaller features of his face. She could only tell he was a large person and male because of his voice.

After she calmed a bit, she began to whisper to him. Her voice was little and soft as she spoke a very strange and mysterious language at him. Her words were gibberish to him, but her tone sounded intellectual, as what she said seemed fluent and graceful. Her wings twitched and shuddered like the real thing, the binding shackles clasped at the upper joints with a single chain link clinking as the only sound coming from the artwork of machinery behind he body. She frowned as she awaited a response from him, scared and nearly unclothed.

My my, wasn't this interesting? A girl from another dimension. Or, perhaps, just another world...the portal was unlike any he had seen before.
So many possibilities...
Renor Senger. Dark Lord, in drowish. His true name? Lost to the winds of time...
And so much time it was.

Renor stood one one of the two buildings that made up the walls of the alleyway. Arms crossed, he was nearly invisible against the inky black sky. His entire, dominating form was covered in a thick black cloak. The hood of this covered most of his head, and a loose strip of equally ebony cloth covered the lower half of his face.
Only his metallic silver eyes, ever shifting in the moonlight, were clearly visible. These haunting orbs were focused on the strange girl below.
Hearing her odd language, he knew it was nothing of this time, world, or realm.
Now he was interested.

The dark figure suddenly lept, landing silent as sin behind the girl and the man. "What an interesting language she speaks." He mused calmly, now standing to his full height. He was an incredibly tall figure, with the wide shoulders to back it up. His entire form radiated a tightly leashed power of unfathomable proportions.
Two tanned hands, tipped in inhumanly sharp nails, snaked out and grabbed the bonds binding the girl's wings.
"Lets have a look at these."
With little effort, the metal snapped and fell away, releasing her intricate wings. He thus took to studying them with his own odd set of eyes, apparently quite aware of what he was looking at.
Technically, he was not truly from this world either. He was too old for this planet...in it's current time at least.

She flinched in surprise as a new person scared her. He spoke and she did not understand a single word. She freaked out as he came at her with his huge self. What was with these giants?? Without thinking, she attempted to lunge out of the way and instead landed smack dab into the first man. Out of reaction, she clung to his chest as her wings were grabbed, screaming in a whisper and shaking her head violently. The shackles were then broken and removed. She went silent, still clinging and breathed heavily as more tears came out. Her head lay against his chest and she trembled extremely.

She whimpered as she hid her face away, thinking about what they were doing. Then he spoke again. It was weird. She sensed weird vibes from him and it scared her. Her black mechanical wings shook silently, subconsciously stretching and fluttering with freedom. The base of her wings still had remains of what used to be real wings with some small fluffy white feathers meeting her back. What was going on?? Where was she?? Everything was so oversized. She closed her eyes tight and moaned, calming down up against him. His body was so...warm...it felt good. She was so cold.

Ruthless had known of the being on the roof, but certainly hadn't expected him to come down. He was about the same height and gave off a strange aura. When he broke the girl's bonds, Ruthless didn't assume he had bad intentions, but his motivation was questionable with the words he spoke.

If that wasn't enough, he'd scared the words right out of her, though what had come before was hardly coherent. Now he held the small girl in his arms that were bigger than her and wondered at her circumstances. Unexpected to say the least, but hardly incomprehensible. He looked up at the newcomer, for he was still crouched, then placed his hand on the girl's head and spoke to her, "Do you know this guy?" Probably a foolish question judging from her reaction just earlier. Looking back up, "I don't suppose you know what's going on?"

Renor slowly looked away from the girl's strange wings when the man spoke. Both cloaked arms crossed calmly across his chest, glittering silver eyes seeming depth-less if one were to look directly into them.
"No, I do not. And I do not know her, either." He glanced at the shivering girl, knowing full well he frightened her. Unfortunately, he was unsure of how to convey his apology, for it was apparent she neither spoke nor understood the common language. And he knew that which she had spoken was unknown to any here as well.
"This proves to be a problem." He mused to himself, pondering it over for a brief moment.

A small, gold dragon like lizard crept from Renor's dark cloak and perched on his shoulder. It was smaller even than the man's head, and it's yellow-green eyes sported very narrowed slit pupils. The little creature flared it's wings and hissed, tiny teeth bared.
Renor instantly sparked an idea. Well, two ideas really.

Kneeling down beside the girl, Renor calmly set his little 'pet' upon the girl's shoulder, then touched her oddly colored flesh with two fingers very gently. This gave him the chance to convey emotion only, and it was one of apology and sorrow for frightening her. That had not been his intention.
The little creature calmed as soon as it touched Mercuri, and began to glow alittle. That was something Renor had never witnessed it do.
"Interesting..."
He whispered softly to himself, intelligent silver eyes watchful.

She trembled more as his deep voice as she tried to comfort her. She shook her head, mumbling something in another language, softly and despairingly. She had no idea what he was saying and responded with it. She hoped the two meant no harm, for she did not wish to move from the warmth he emanated. Her wings began to relax and she fell limp with her hurt arm clutched against herself. She rested against him, her arm in between them and her fingers stroking back and forth gently. Her other arm grasped his shirt, holding them together as her tightly closed eyes relaxed. A small spot could be seen behind her right ear. It was a closed interface outlet of sorts; a small covered input that looked like you might insert something into it.

Then the scarier one spoke. She shivered a little and her wings winced. She kept her face hidden, hearing something hiss violently. She quivered at the unnerving sound. She felt small talons dig into her shoulder and she whimpered, holding very still. She was afraid and didn’t know what it was and tried not to anger it. Then she felt his clawed fingers against her back. What was he doing?! Emotions abruptly flashed in her mind and she jumped at the awkward sensation. What was happening?? What did they want?? He whispered this time and she tried to adjust to his voice, as the creature upon her did not seem to move. She slowly opened her eye and peered at the shape of a small animal. What was it?

Beyond whatever else was happening, Ruthless could tell that the girl was highly distressed. She undoubtedly couldn't understand a single thing that was being said, as he couldn't comprehend her fluid speech. When the other one put his creature onto her, he felt her stiffen in fear. His words betrayed the incredibly soothing tone he spoke in to avoid alarming the girl, "Are you completely nuts? It's been my experience that women dislike reptiles."

He looked down at her petite, clinging figure peering warily at the lizard thing, then noticed how she cradled her arm. Well, while he'd never been in a situation quite like this one, he had encountered out of place people before, even one who hadn't known any of his many fluent languages. In his opinion, these outsiders were at an obvious disadvantage. His work usually involved random tasks, but he'd been bound to certain people before, even if it had been awhile.

Abruptly, he detached her from his shirt and placed her in front of him. He grabbed her injured forearm, his large hand enveloping a majority of it. He pushed healing magic into the limb, fixing at least one of her problems. If that hadn't proved to her his intentions, what he was about to do next usually translated pretty well without words. He backed up a bit, got on his knees, and prostrated himself, his forehead pressed to the ground and his hands templed above his head, pointing at her. He may have startled her at first, but maybe he'd taken her attention off the animal. "I doubt saying my oath will do you much good, but here goes." The ground slightly muffled his voice. "I have deemed you worthy of my personal accompaniment. Fate has dealt with you unfairly, and it is my duty to tip the scales back evenly. Allow me to serve you for until my duty is fulfilled." He remained bowed before her, waiting for some kind of response. He didn't really care what the other one had to say.

Renor calmly removed his fingers, for in that flash he knew she was very frightened, extremely so. Renor's eyes flashed in the moonlight as he looked at the other man.
"Perhaps I am crazy." Was his simple answer.

The little beast, rather cute when not snarling, had curled up on the girl's shoulder, talons tucked safely against it's own body. Murring, it continued to glow a golden hue, and put off a very faint warmth.
Renor was very interested in all of this, and watched intently. He had never witnessed his creature act as such before. He mumbled a few words to himself in drow, though his facial expressions were completely hidden by the cloth. Only his eyes might give something away, but at the moment they were blank.

Renor twitched lightly at the man's sudden gruff handling of the girl, and felt the small stem of power that emerged as healing magick. "A good ability to have."
His own large form was now sitting on the earth, cloak spread out around his indian-style legs so they still were not visable. His arms were crossed over his broad chest, and he watched the two as if watching a show. Also, he pondered the strange port behind the girl's ear. Mechanical...

The little creature, nice and cuddled against Mercuri's neck, growled lightly at the strange man now kneeling before his new favorite. He growled as if he meant to protect the girl, though he could not have been more than a foot long.
Renor apparently thought this amusing, for his eyes glittered. Literally, the silver color caught some unknown light and twinkled merrily.

She heard the other as he whispered to himself. She had no idea what was going on, as she could not see the small beast glowing. She could only sense it was resting upon her. She wondered why he placed it on her and then she was suddenly sidetracked.

She froze once she was separated from him and had a look of worry for why. Her attention was unfocused from the creature and now toward him. She stared curiously through him as he took her arm in his hand. Her arm quavered because it still hurt and now he grabbed it. It began to tingle with his action and she jerked momentarily, unable to remove herself and calmed down as soon as her arm stopped hurting. She was very unsure about people since lately and now she was somewhere different and big. She gained a fear from trusting people, but if the trust became great, she might become attached so not to loose it. She blinked inquiringly at what he did and the reptile became less of a burden, sitting softly on her. She began to relax, moving her arm to feel for any more pain. He then bowed to her. The universal understanding of that was pretty simple and she comprehended the fact that he was showing her peace and maybe even loyalty. She listened to him speak, still unable to translate, and sat back down on her knees before him and latched on to his hands with her own. She held on to his fingers, as her hands were way smaller than his.

Then the thing, which cuddled her, went defensive. Her hands trembled slightly on his as the creature frightened her briefly. Was it trying to defend her?? It was growling at the man bowing to her. Speaking of which, who was the other man? She sensed a strong aura about him, and slightly more than that too. She was a little concerned, but started to feel that he meant no harm either. Both seemed slightly unorthodox though. She whispered something timidly with a slight laugh as to their silliness. All this for little old her? How cute. Then a grumble came from her tummy and she felt embarrassed, lowering her head. She hadn’t had anything to eat in quite a while. Even though she hid it, she was awfully fatigued, but she was afraid to calm down and be carefree with them.

He felt her hands on his and assumed his intentions had been understood. He ignored the growling lizard and sat up. Wait... growling? That was certainly new. He'd never seen a reptile that could growl.

Speaking of growling... the girl looked downward, and the gray skin on her face darkened. Despite her odd appearance, she could still get hungry. Smiling, Ruthless stood and helped her in turn. He rubbed his stomach and looked her in the eye, "Would you like something to eat?"

Renor still watched the two from his spot on the earth. "It seems my pet has taken a liking to her..." He said softly, meaning it for the man who could actually understand his words.
The mentioned creature eyed the man warily, then stopped growling and again cuddled against the girl's neck. The gentle warmth continued to radiate from it, and a soft purr began in it's throat.

Renor chuckled at the creature's antics, then stood. His arms were again crossed over his broad chest, and he gave them both a very benevolent look.
"I shall fetch food for you both then. It would be unwise to take her to a public place at the moment."
And, without waiting for a response, the dark man dissapeared in the blink of an eye.
Only a slight trace of his aura remained where he had been standing, like the lingering scent a perfume would leave after the person is long since gone.

She couldn’t help but break a small smile at his sign language. She tried to hide it but she failed. She nodded her head as her ears flickered at his words. She managed to understand him enough to get the general picture of what he said.

She did feel the creature's warmth and it fell good. It had relaxed her. And then the purring soothed her nerves further. She plopped to her knees and leaned her head into the cozy pet as her signs of fatigue began to show more. It was not only food, but also sleep she needed. She had been practically tortured where she had been. She moaned lightly as she tried hard to keep her eyes open. She wanted the food just as much as sleep, so she would attempt to keep consciousness enough to eat and then sleep with her tummy full.

It had to be him in general, but she shivered at his voice as he vanished with nothing but a sweet scent left. The two seemed as if they wished to help her, but she would require more intimate time with them to gain the trust she craved. She crossed her arms to keep warmer as she sat before the first man. Her fluidic gaze staring through his face, trying not to fall victim to sleep. She yearned to see his face. Or any face for that matter. Her pupils were large and dilated, as her human eyes could see no more. The information was now fed behind them as object sonar if you would call it. It sent the outline of physical things straight to her brain. That was another thing that made her more uncomfortable. She happened to be afraid of darkness and now she was blind.

The little dragon, not having a gender really though most likely male, was happy with his warm little spot against Mercuri's neck. He only purred louder as the girl rested her head on him. There was some sort of shared energy between the two...a displacement in each that matched.

This creature was, much like Mercuri, from an entirely different time...world...dimension...
Probably not the same as Mercuri was from, but the feeling was similar. Random thoughts and emotions flitted to Mercuri through her contact with the little lizard like beast...the gentle thrumming his purr made in his chest...the warmth that came from deep within him...
And Renor. The man who had taken him from his home dimension. But strangely, he was not unhappy with the arrangement at all. Renor, as far as he was concerned, was as good a master as any. And they could communicate through thoughts and images, so he was not totally alone within his own mind in this strange world.
Perfectly content, the lizard mewled a few times and licked Mercuri's cheek, it's little tail twitching out behind it.

Just as sudden as Renor's disappearance, a pack appeared on the earth near the two. It opened as if of it's own accord, and food began to set itself out. Breads, meats, hunks of cheese. A jug of wine and one of water. Various utensils and napkins. It all came out and laid itself out, like a buffet table.
Renor himself sat again, though this time on the roof of one of the buildings overlooking the alleyway. The girl was still extremely uncomfortable with him, and he felt it necessary to stay away for now. He regretted having to do it, for he wished to know more about the strange young woman, but it could not be helped.
If she disliked him, she disliked him, and he wouldn't use his powers to try and change that.

He grinned at her smile. Nothing had been lost in translation with that gesture. He'd dealt with different languages before, and knew it would only be a matter of time before she'd be catching on to how to speak with people. Total immersion does wonders for one's need to learn.

The other disappeared abruptly. Ruthless would have corrected him on needing food, but he was gone. The djinn had no obligation to eat, and so usually didn't. Before one knew, a feast had appeared in the man's place, and said man was once again on the roof. He shrugged and sat again, "What say you dig in?" he suggested to the girl, smiling warmly once more.

She flinched at the sudden landing of food and looked over to see what she could see. She made out moving objects and the scent of food. It was a different kind of smell though, this food must be different is some way from what she was used to. As the buffet set itself out, she began to look around for the man who brought the nourishments. Her ears flickered as the Djinn spoke to her. It took a moment to register, but she looked over at him blankly and incoherently. She then searched more for the other man. Her gaze shifted higher and she saw the large figure upon the roof.

She took the lizard off her shoulder and placed it in her lap, timidly petting it. She felt its warmth and a small connection within it. What did he give this to her for? He seemed nice and all. He was just very mysterious and secretive she could feel. It made her a little uncomfortable, but she seemed to feel the same come from him through the creature she held gently. She looked up at him again and spoke as loud as he could at the moment to him. It wasn’t very loud and it seemed she stuttered a lot.

Renor watched calmly from his perch high above them. He was sitting on the edge of the building, arms crossed over his broad chest.
He could feel the girl's fear fading away slowly through his connection with the little lizard creature.

Speaking of the winged lizard, he seemed quite happy to be petted, and purred gently to her. His glow increased a bit, and he glanced over at the food with a little tummy growl.
Perhaps he'd grab a few snip-its of food for himself...

Renor turned his full attention to the girl as she spoke to him. He wasn't sure what it was she said, but he knew it to be directed at him.
His curiosity sparked again, Renor slowly floated down, his arms coming to hang at his sides.
His boots touched down soon after, the cloak fluttering back to the ground after a brief glimpse of deep black pants beneath.
He looked down at the girl, but said nothing, for it was pointless to speak to her if she could not understand his words.
The lizard purred louder as Renor came near to them.

She watched him carefully as he lowered from his perch. She nervously backed up a bit as his shape came closer. She was still very hesitant with his presence, but tried to let herself give him a chance to show her trust. It was just...he appeared so...Godly. It frightened her a little being in the company of a individual like him. She was afraid of the other man too, but his aura was...it was slave-like. And she did not want to own him or be a master to him. That also added to her discomfort.

He landed before her and she stared up at him...through him gently, trying to hide her jumpiness. Her eyes dazed at his head, seemingly looking past him, but in actuality pondering his face. He was quiet and that bothered her the most. Now he wasn’t speaking at all. Was it something she said?? She felt the pet purr louder as he came to her. Was it telling her it was ok?? Was it trying to say he meant no harm?

She immediately lowered her head in embarrassment as she continued to stroke the little dragon's backside. Then she smelled the food again. Oh yeah...the food! She looked over at the large picnic and scooted over to it. She did not want to insult the two by turning down their kindness. So she would eat, even if the food wasn’t her taste. After all, food was food and she was hungry. But how was she to invite him to eat with her? She was too shy just to eat in front of the two.

The girl called upward. She must have seen the other. Ruthless followed the man down with his gaze as he descended. Then he noticed the girl glancing nervously between them and the food. He sighed wordlessly and grabbed a roll. If she was shy about eating alone, it wouldn't be anything new to his experience so he would have to be resigned to eat with her. His teeth tore away a bready morsel.

The little golden creature jumped at the opportunity to feed, clambering from Mercuri's hold and nibbling hungrily at one of the chicken legs. It remained close enough, however, for it's faint warmth to still be felt by the nervous girl.

Renor had remained silent the entire time Mercuri stared at him, his eyes impassive and like the metal they resembled. Still, his aura sent off a benevolent feeling, his intentions of not harming either of them true thus far.
Renor noticed his discomfort with eating alone, however, he could not oblige her. He did not 'eat' per-say, not like normal beings did.
However, he did come around to the opposite side of the tarp from them, sitting calmly and silently.
The little lizard beast again purred a bit in greeting to his master, but then quickly set to eating yet again.
Renor only chuckled softly at his pet, amused with it's voracious appetite.

Her eyes glanced over at the Djinn as his form grabbed a piece of food and began to eat. She returned to the other as he began to walk around to the other side of the food and took a seat. She gazed at him as closely as she could, waiting nervously for him to eat as well. Every so often she looked down at the wonderful food and wondered what was what. Only seeing partial outlines and nothing more made everything all that much harder to distinguish. What was solid and what was liquid? She could not tell what anything was. She could only smell it. Why was he not eating? She was a little suspicious about his action, but waited patiently to see for sure.

Much further on down the alley, in the darker regions, a brilliant flash of light occurs. After the light subdues, there stands another large male image that stands a couple inches shy of six feet. He peers through the darkness of the alley with his tired silver eyes that gleam in what little light there is to offer. His chin length silver hair and silver wings gleam just the same. His stalky form slowly approaches the three humanoids from the dark end of the alley. He stops, just barely in view. The figure wears a white, long sleeve dress shirt and a pair of black khaki pants. He has a silver bladed falchion to his left side and a longbow slung over his right shoulder. He also has a quiver of arrows strapped across his back. He may be angelic, but only half. His pointed ears signify that he’s half elf of some kind. In his left ear, he wears a gold loop earring. His gaze transfers from each of the other males before he focuses on the petite femme with metallic wings.
“That’s odd. Her aura shows a partial bit of angel, but there’s more to her than that. The silver winged angel announces to himself aloud with an almost emotionless voice.

Renor noticed the girl seemed to be waiting for him to eat and sighed softly. Really...it was pointless. However, if she was waiting for it so patiently, perhaps he could at least pretend.
His kind did not eat food, after all...

Renor calmly picked up the wine pitcher and studied it with slow confidence. He seemed more interested in the play of light through the deep red liquid than actually drinking it. His pet, however, had no qualms about eating.
Tugging on a large chicken leg, he noticed Merc's interest in his master. Forgetting his struggling conquest of the meat, the little lizard moved back over to Mercuri and cuddled against her leg with a low purr. His glow started up again as soon as he made contact with her again.

Renor's silver gaze had shifted to the alley as soon as the other had arrived. He could easily see through the darkness, and watched all the other's movements carefully. The words spoken did not go unnoticed either.
"So I noticed." He responded softly, in a voice equally impassive. However, he did not stand, and instead returned his attention to the wine. Without a word, he offered the drink to Mercuri, wondering what she would make of the liquid, if she even chose to drink it in the first place.
The little lizard was hissing irritably at the new man, the little spines along it's back standing on end.

A newcomer. Another odd one at that. First the creepy one and now silver boy. The company couldn't have made the girl any more comfortable, what with all the weapons. Just when she seemed to be warming up, too. He swallowed, momentarily wondering again where the food he ate went to if he had no corporeal organs he knew of, and looked at the angel-looking person. "Nice to see you're perceptive, Silver. I can feel some elf and demon in addition to the angel, though slightly odd variations of such they may be. What's your business with her, if I may ask?" Ruthless would have asked it of the other, but just by looking at him, he could tell he would only give some vague answer anyhow. His eyes shot down to the growling lizard, up a little to see how the girl was reacting, and then met the angel's gaze again in an unmeasurable span of time.

Before she could even get comfortable enough to feed her starving tummy, her body instantly tensed, jumping again in fright. She yelped quietly, her machined wings covering her insignificant form in defense, jittering silently. She was completely naive to his appearance until he declared himself. It was the same language as before...gibberish to her. She hid under her wings, too consumed by her scarediness to look over at him yet. At least I think it’s a him, more than likely though. The voice was blatantly over calm and not nice sounding. As the little lizard lovied up to her, she scooped it into her arms gently, holding it as a security item of sorts, still curled under her wings. What did THIS person want now?? Why does everyone keep showing up from nowhere?!

She would have kindly taken the liquid from Renor if every little thing hadn't kept startling her. Not like it wasn’t unusual that people just popped in without any form of politeness. Not even the lizard liked this new person, but that might not be trustworthy as it also snapped at the first man. Speaking of which, she heard him retort to the newcomer. His tone wasn’t freakishly emotionless like the other and she was eased by it. AND he didn’t poof from nowhere...and he even showed submission to her. She was maybe even amused with it if she wasn’t so shy. Soon after he spoke, she relaxed a bit, but still hid, cuddling the lizard.

Netherligic's gaze never left the femme as the other males replied to him. The darker one seems to be much like him. Seemingly careless. Then the other lays out the rest of the recipe. Demon and elf? Sounds almost close to what the freak, Tesri, is like.
"I was simply sent here to investigate a matter concerning a strange angelic reading, nothing more." He replies before he begins to hear some radio static in his earpiece. He presses it further into his ear to listen.
'Netherligic?' Came Brevedor's voice from the earpiece.
"Yes, m'lord." Netherligic states in his careless tone.
'There is a terrible matter I need to bring up with you and all other agents. Our greatest agent, Tesri, has recently broken many laws of Province. He almost slaughtered countless innocents in the process. This brings me to a newer mission, concerning all SSHE opratives. Elimiate the loose cannon on sight.' Brevedor explains in a deeply concerned tone. A smile slowly begins to form on Netherligic's face upon hearing the news. He hated Tesri more than anyone and would be more than happy to rid him of the worlds.
"As you wish, m'lord." He retorts in the same tone, returning his facial expression back to normal.
'One more thing. Any news on the occurance?' Brevedors asks through the earpiece.
"Yes, the subject is right before me. She appears to be quite timid, but she seems to have some intresting orgins. I'll update you on the matter when I return to HQ. Was there anything else you needed me to do, m'lord?" Netherligic explains before asking his question. It takes Brevedor a moment before he answers.
'Yes, Could you bring in this girl so I may have a look for myself? Oh, and do try to use persuation this time. Morgana is still trying to recover from your last investigation.' Brevedor finishes. Netherligic slowly hangs his head and supports his forhead by his hand.
"Yes, m'lord, but need I remind you that it was not my doing that caused Morgana to go beast on me?" Netherligic finishes, still maintaining his careless tone.

Renor slowly stood, his acute ears able to catch every bit of the conversation between the newcomer and his 'master'. And he did not like the sound of it. Silver eyes, however, were emotionless.

The food packed itself up, the bag re-tying without being touched, and then disappeared. For no apparent reason, Renor seemed almost protective of the girl, and his aura shifted to make it plainly evident.
A calm voice suddenly rang in Ruthless' head, only able to be heard by him and nobody else. It was Renor.
"This man's 'lord' would like him to take the girl. I believe it is time we all took our leave. As you have noticed, she is unnaturally timid. I don't think such a drastic change would be wise with one she does not even know."

Even as his telekentic voice spoke, Renor had been moving to stand beside Mercuri. Kneeling, he very gently placed a hand on Mercuri's shielding wing. His flesh had an unnatural chill to it, but it was not ice cold. His other hand was held out to the man he had spoken to by mind. His gaze had never really left the stranger still half in the shadows.
"All you have to do is touch my hand, and we can leave together. I can tell you wish to help this girl, so I will not leave you behind unless you choose to stay." Again, it was Renor's voice echoing in his head. Calm, and cool as ever, but with a slight tint of urgency. The stranger did not bode well with him...

Ruthless had been just as aware of the conversation. Well, the tail end anyway. He hadn't attuned his hearing to it until, "the subject is right before me," had been spoken. The djinn was hardly surprised the creepy guy could use telepathy, but was at least glad he had the same intentions. He must not have been perceptive enough to determine Ruthless's true abilities, so he didn't fault him on assuming he hadn't known.

He answered back in like kind, "I heard it too. I have no specific place I must go, so feel free to take us wherever. Intervention from the angels of this realm is not deemed a necessary encounter for her. I'll be damned if I'm going to let Silver put a single one of his violent little fingers on my new master." He stood fluidly and reached for the other's hand.

Her wings may have been metal, but they still could feel. She felt his unusual chilling hand come in contact with her wind and shuddered lightly before relaxing. She peeked out at him, still cuddling the little and soft lizard in her timid grasp. She shivered lightly, clinging gently to the small, glowy creature. Her mercuric gaze stared up at Renor's form and whined barely audible. She was frustrated and tired and hungry and lonely and scared. She didn't have a clue what to do with her self and just wanted a little bit of comfort with some warm others maybe. Her gaze was innocent and almost very intimate as well. She wanted closeness; she craved it. She desperately wanted someone to trust and hold onto.

"Where are you going?" Netherligic suddenly asks before the two men could make contact. A smile slightly appeared on his face, not turning his silver eyes off the three.
"It doesn't matter where you go. The SSHE has eyes everywhere." His words were chilling, but not harsh. He didn't intend to bring any harm to anyone, but would have to if provoked. Going somewhere else wouldn't really help them at all, considering.

Renor watched the stranger with a chillingly blank gaze, his silver eyes as sharp as the metal they resembled. He very gently curled his arm around Mercuri's waist and picked her up effortlessly, holding her against his cloaked form.
His other hand had grasped Ruthless', and the man would notice the slightly lower-than-normal warmth of his flesh. That, and the glass like nails that were sharpened to a fine point.

"Perhaps, but eyes can be gouged out." Renor answered cryptically before the three vanished. Renor was powerful, and supremely skilled at this little trick, easily covering the three's trail through netherspace as they traveled. His task now was to bring them somewhere relatively safe from harm. Not too hard a task, for one so accustomed to doing so. His kind often had to find safe sanctuary...

Ruthless thought scornfully of the angel's statement. Here was hardly a strategically sound area to fight some supernatural organization. Eyes everywhere indeed. Idiot, did he think they were just going away? Certainly the creepy guy had a more fortified location in mind. The djinn glared at Silver up until they all blinked out of sight.
