So I want to add a settlement (Basically the guild hall) in the Kishahn Jungle because I am planning to do a rp taking place just there, but idk how to add a new place or if I need a mod or admin to do it or at least give me permission to do it.
To my knowledge you need an Administrators help with this. You have to place a subforum request in the Guild section of the site. Here (http://www.spiritsoftheearth.net/smf/index.php?topic=14022.0). But you also need all the information that is required, as per what that thread says. This also goes for locations such as settlements.
