Kytin exhaled, breath misting in the freezing tundra air. His robe and armor were shifted to resemble something more appropriate for a winter endeavor, although the garish blue-on-black with gold accents still let him stand out. On this day, he was a dark-skinned giant of a man, easily clearing seven feet in height. Larger forms were great for the cold, as they could withstand the temperatures much easier and the added height meant he could slog through snow so much easier. When she spoke, Kytin straightened up a bit.
"I seek a home." Kytin said, and he sized Sonneillon up. When he looked back up at her face, his eyes were green.
She looked slightly disgruntled. "I'd like to stress to speak to me with the proper respects," she stated, before sighing softly. "If I were to offer you a home. What would I get in return?" Kytin smirked.
"How can I, if I do not know your name and title?" Kytin said, and he let out an amused breath from his nose.
"If you would let me shelter in your home, I could offer you many things. Security, magical enhancements for your guards or yourself, and many other things. What is it that you require?"
"Sonneillon," she replied with a soft hiss. "Lady Sonneillon, at the least."
She huffed in slight annoyance. "About anything that you offer now," she said, relaxing back in the sofa. "You will become one of my subjects. And perhaps my personal guard untill I find more suitable people."
"A pleasure, Lady Sonneillon," Kytin said, putting an odd emphasis on her title. His eye color shifted to match hers.
"Define the terms of subjecthood."
She sighed softly. It was a start. She wasn't really in the mood to scold him further and he did adapt. A minor matter she decided not to persue. For now.
"You will serve me," she started, letting out a soft, yet dark, chuckle. "Any way I wish. I will not ask you to give your life, but if I ask you to kill, you will do so without remorse. You are free to move about as you please, unless I call upon you. In which I expect an immediate response."
"Killing is a non-factor for me. However..."
Kytin met her eyes.
"I might choose to capture some instead of kill. I have research to do, after all," he said.
"Only if you request, and I give you permission," she answered. "Some people need killing, other people merely bother me, you can capture those if you please."

"Yes," Sonneillon answered the gaze with her own cold and desinterested look now. "I am indeed a demon. So once more, I'd like to be treated with the proper respect."
"Very well, my lady. I was simply curious," Kytin said, and he stood from the couch. He started to look around, taking in the room.
"Apart from killing at your behest and serving as your personaltorturer, may I ask what else I will be asked to do?"

Sonneillon had closed her eyes during the back and forth, one eye cracked open to glance at the arcanist, red pigment substituting eyebrows raising softly, before lowering again, giving her a squinting and desinterested look. "Various branches of magic and enhanced physical capabilities," she purred softly, yet dangerously, as she leaned in closer in turn. "It must be quite the sight," Kytin started, and he gave her tail a cursory glance as it came up behind her head.

"Good. Do not dissapoint me," she answered, before slowly disappearing, skin flaking away untill she was completely gone.

She glanced at him, before nodding and standing up, walking over to a door at the far end of the room, different from the door they had used earlier.
As she pushed it open, a long flight of stairs, lit by torchlight was revealed. The dread demon started her descent to enter a large, dark room. The walls invisible from where they were standing now. "This place is as big as you can imagine," she explained. As Kytin would turn around, hed find the staircase gone. "If you are in need of something. Merely walk in any direction and you shall find it."
Kytin nodded, and the very first thing he did was step forward. Immediately, a wall appeared ahead, with around fifteen sets of shackles on the wall. To the right and left and behind them, walls also enclosed them. While the walls didn't have any torture implements or even tools, they had things like cages, cells, and one had a doorway that led to more darkness, in case Kytin wanted to expand it later. The one device the room did have was a massive table set up on hinges so that it could go from horizontal to verticle.
"Let me set these peasants in a cell," Kytin said, and he stepped past her and arranged the unconscious peasants in the cells, spreading them out as evenly as possible. To start, he picked out one of the stronger looking men and pinned him to the table with magic, making it vertical so Sonneillon would be able to see the changes easier. The man seemed to be coming to, but not yet really conscious.
Kytin remained in the same form, apparently comfortable with its shape.
"Before we get to the major decisions, would you like any cosmetic changes?"
Sonneillon followed Kytin, smirking softly as she stepped into their new surroundings. The fluxomancer was a pragmatic being, something she could appreciate. She walked over to the table posted against the wall as Kytin tied up one pf their prisoners, looking over them and shaking her head. "I don't care for minor cosmetic alterations," she answered, folding her arms.

"Whuh... where the hell?" he murmured as his eyes adjusted, and when he saw Sonneillon, his eyes widened slightly, and he shot his gaze about.
"Who the hell are you? What's happening?"

"So, what would you like, my lady?" Kytin said, stepping towards the man, a ball of prismatic fire in his hand.

"It needs not to reason, or think on subjects any more complex than what to do if it spots an unfamiliar."
She nodded. "I see," she answered, before crinkling her nose slightly. "Clean him up a little. Less blood and spinegrease everywhere would do."

"Hm, an arbalest would be an interesting middle ground," Kytin said. In another flash of fire, the sentry's ribcage bent and distended under some kind of pressure from inside. Two short arms burst from the chest, and the right arm started to bulk up.
She nodded slowly. "I see. But how many bolts will it be able to carry?" She inquired as she stepped back to admire the work from afar.
"Well, an arbalest is a single-shot weapon, but with the extra arms, loading shouldn't take a long time. Besides, a single shot should be enough to kill most mundane threats to your home," Kytin said.
The right arm of the thing was bulked up now so that it was nearly twice the size of the left arm, and the hand split apart into bony tendrils that could hold a weapon more efficiently. The thing on the table couldn't even be considered human anymore.

She glanced back at the cage. "Maybe one light fighter.. And two maids," she pondered audibly.

With a flick of his hand, the woman rose, almost completely unrecognizable as a human being, and stood.

"Design needs some touching up, but I do believe this will do."

"Well, not having a head affords a certain... choice few advantages," Kytin said.
"I'll see what I can do."

"I will. And I'll have the rest of these insects converted into forms you will no doubt find pleasing," Kytin purred.

"Good, present them to me whilst you are done," she answered, before glancing at him with a soft smirk. "I'll keep it in mind," before a wicked smirk formed on her face. "Perhaps these insects deserve a show before their.. Transformation," she glanced at the cage, still smirking.
"A show?" Kytin said, passing his fingers through his hair as he moved to stand with her.
