Something had changed within the man that she didn't notice until now. He was no longer so reserved. He wanted to keep up with her, though whether or not he would be able to, she wasn't sure. Maybe he would learn quickly, or maybe she would be leading the whole time. Or if she was lucky, his assassin instincts would kick in. Heh...that could be fun. This would be a learning experience on both their sides.
But for now, she was only willing to go as fast as he was. That is, until he said those words to her. She smirked, kissing him deeply again. When she pulled away again, both of them breathing hard, she leaned towards his ear. "oh, you shouldn't have said that." She captured him in one more, long kiss before leaning all her weight on him, pushing him back on the bed.
Then the fun began.

She found herself asleep several hours later, curled up in the blankets, dreaming of the only person she would be able to think of for a while. Zephyr. She couldn't find any words to describe what exactly she had felt with him. It wasn't anything she was used to. She didn't quite understand how he had been able to get to know her...the real her. That just didn't happen, but honestly, she was happy for the change. And all her troubles had been worth it, totally and completely. In fact, she could say that she would give every night she had spent with a man just to have a time like that again.
She yawned, rolling over into Zephyr's chest. She was almost shocked at the number of scars he had. She had tried to count them, often tracing her fingers over them, but she found herself often...distracted. She would count them now, but the thought of keeping her eyes open just made her wince. She was far too tired to do much of anything, so instead she just curled up against his chest, breathing in his sweet aroma. She smiled slightly. "Morning," she said without opening her eyes or looking up at him.
