Lara stood with hands on her hips and looked through a big window. It was sunny outside and there were not a single cloud in the blue sky.
Maybe I should go outside, she thought, but she didn't move away from the window.
She ran a hand through her white hair. You could see her real hair colour, and she knew she had to do something. But right now she didn't really care.
her thoughts were a big mess. She didn't know where to start and where to stop, and because of that, she just stood and looked through the window. A bird passed the window and it gave Lara a little shock. She closed her eyes for a while. Then she opened them again, and just looked through the window to the world outside.
She had a headache. She hadn't slept that much last night, and she didn't really know why.

Scythe-Nova

Not having much to do Seranth walked along the hallways of the ruins that were the HQ of The Glint Hawk Bandits, He passed the doorway to one of the rooms and saw Lara his trusted Green Hawk. She seemed to be in deep thought and probably about something serious too because the little bird that passed by supprised her.

"A bit tense eh? Let's fix that"

Seranth thought while holding back the laughter of the sight but kept quiet and sneakily walked up behind Lara in a mischievous manner before grabbing her sides trying t tickle her.

-"Hello Lara!"

He shouted as he did the deed and grinned widely while looking at her with an amused expression.

Lara was in her own thoughts, so she couldn't hear anything else, and because of that, she didn't hear Seranth. She knew she wasn't alone, but she was too focused on her own thoughts to hear anything else.
She didn't even hear him enter the room, so he gave her a huge shock when he started to tickle her. She laughed and tried to stop him, but it didn't work because she laughed.
"Seranth!"she tried to say while she laughed.
"Stop!" she laughed. She hated when people tickled her.
After a while, she was able to take a step backwards, so he couldn't tickle her anymore.
"Why did you do that?!" she asked and tried to look mad, but it didn't work. Her eyes were still laughing, and she had a smile on her lips, which she couldn't hide.

Scythe-Nova

He laughed as Lara laughed when he tickled her and when she stepped out of his reach he smiled widely and looked at her with a friendly expression.

-"You looked a bit tense so i thought i'd tickle the tenseness out of you"

He said after laughing some more and looked at Lara With a friendly smile and walked up to her stopping close to her still smiling amused.

-"So what is haunting your thoughts Lara?"

He asked and looked at her with his deep Purple eyes while placing his hand supportingly on her shoulder.

When Lara stood and looked through the Window, she thought of her family. She did that often. At some point, she really missed them. But it was her own choice, and she was happy about what she had done. She just wished she had time to say goodbye. But if she had said that, they wouldn't have let her go, she knew that.
Her smiles formed a little smile.
"Thank you," she said. Even though she hated when people tickled her, she was glad he did. It cleared her thoughts, which she really needed. She needed to think of something else.
"oh it was.. nothing special," she said. She didn't like to talk about her family. It was no one else's business. She wasn't proud of what she had done, but it was something she had to do. She couldn't have stayed home longer.
"I thought you were outside?" she asked. She didn't think he was in the house, so it surprised her a bit, that he suddenly was there.

Scythe-Nova

He smiled to himself when she thanked him and nodded simply before sliding up to her without making a sound and looked at her with a friendly expression.

-"Well I'm not King Hawk by just Blood"

He said with a mischevious smile while moving back one step and looked at Lara with an considering expression before looking her in the eyes with a soothing expression. Seranth held his powers a well kept secret even to the officers with the only exception being Dram who had basically raised him after Almina died.

-"C'mon Lara you can tell me"

He said as he took a step foward towards Lara and reached out with his hand which he softly stroked agains her cheek still looking into her eyes with his own.

Lara knew he wasn't King Hawk be just blood, but she hadn't expected that he was that fast. But maybe it was because she was immersed in her own thoughts?
Lara didn't know anything about his powers, and sometimes she was really curious about them. But she knew he wouldn't tell her, so she stopped asking a while ago.
Lara was happy about the place. it was much better than the street, and no one, except for Seranth, knew who her real family were. She dyed her hair, just so look different from the girl she was before she left her home. If anyone should tell her family that she was alive, it should be her. No one else.
She ran a hand through her hair again. She needed to dye it again soon. But right now it didn't matter.
"I.. just thought about.. my family" she said with a low voice. She looked away. He thoughts were mostly about her little sister. Lara really missed her sometimes. But it was better this way. Her little sister was better to all the things Lara hated.
She was far away in her own thoughts again, and she could feel his hand against her cheek. She closed her eyes, and when she opened them, into Seranths eyes.

Scythe-Nova

-"Oh... Well then i shan't pursue the subject"

He said with a apologizing tone and expression before retracting his hand from her Cheek. He silently watched her for some seconds before Smiling and putting his hand on her shoulder instead.

-"Well Cheer up Lara, Hey what do you say we go for a flight and bring some booze and find some nice spot to relax?"

He said as he got around Lara and put his arm over her shoulders and stroking his other hand over her cheek again. Seranth did not like that his Green Hawk was unhappy se figured he should cheer her up.

-"And Who knows maybe it'll be really romantic"

He said with a slight chuckle before letting go of Lara and hopping up on the edge of the window looking at her with a smile, He the brought up his hand to his mouth and wolf whistled out the window and just some seconds later his Giant Hawk Kafei landed right outside the window.

-"I'll get some things from the supply house"

He said and winked a bit charmingly at Lara before getting up on Kafei's back and flying away to the Supply house.

In some way, Seranth actually made her cheer up. She was glad, that he didn't ask more about the subject. She didn't want to talk about it, and he knew that.
She heard the apologizing tone, but she didn't think he had any reasons to sound like that. It was her own choice to say it. Though she didn't say anything, but her lips formed a smile.

"Sounds like a great idea!" she said, and suddenly she was in a better mood. She wasn't unhappy anymore.
She looked at him and smiled at him. He made her in a better mood, and she really needed it. He even made her laugh.
"Romantic! I would like to see that!" she said and laughed a bit.
She looked after him when he flew away, and then she left the room to get outside.

Outside she whistled, and not long after, her Giant hawk appeared. She climbed on its back and waited for Seranth. He knew where to go. She was just happy because she had something to do now.

Scythe-Nova

After just a minute or two Seranth came flying over Lara before landing with Kafei in front of her looking at her with a wide smile, On his back he had a quite large backpack stuffed with things.

-"Well let's get going"

He said with a happy tone before stroking his hand on Kafei's head making her coo happily, Kafei then liften from the ground and flying up into the air and slowly flew away like they were waiting for Lara to catch up to them. Seranth looked at Lara when she catched up to him and smiled friendly.

-"Feeling better now that you get to fly some?"

Lara was much happier when she sat on the giant hawk. She felt free, and sometimes she just needed that feeling. She was free, she knew that, but sometimes that just wasn't enough. She was completely free that day she left her home. But her heart wasn't. Her heart was still at home, where it should be.
Sometimes she felt like the worst daughter in the world. Her family thought she was dead, and she didn't even write a letter or something like that, when she left. She wanted to tell her parents that she was okay, and they didn't have to worry. But that was far too late. It was years since she left them. Sometimes she even hoped that they couldn't remember her. That would be much better, for both of them.
The one she missed most was her sister. She meant something really special to Lara, something she couldn't explain to anyone. When Lara left her sisters wasn't that old, maybe 10 years old. Sometimes Lara was really afraid that the sister would forget her. That would be too hard for Lara. She loved her sister more than anything else. It was hard to explain for anyone, especially because she hasn't seen her sister since the day she left.

Lara shook her head to clear her thoughts again. She really needed to stop thinking about her family. It was long time ago, and she couldn't do anything to make it better. She could go home, but she wasn't sure how that would go, and she was happy where she was. She was happier than she was at home, and that was the most important thing. She needed to be happy.
A smile appeared at her lips, when she saw Seranth. She really looked forward to this.
She made the giant hawk fly, and it didn't take long to catch up on Seranth.
It was fantastic to fly again, and Lara really did feel better. But she knew that she couldn't fly away from everything when she was sad. She did that once, but it didn't work. She had to stay and just live with it. She couldn't be happy all the time, which she now knew.
"I fell much better now. Thank you, Seranth," she said with a smile on her lips.
The wind played with her white hair, and made it flew around her head, but it was a lovely feeling, so she didn't do anything to stop it.

Scythe-Nova

He Smiled at lara and laughed happily as Lara told him about how she felt, He looked at her for some time before grinning widely and flying closer to her before smiling warmly at her and gazing at her with loveable eyes.

-"..You have lovely hair Lara"

He said rather bluntly and smiled charmingly at her before winking at her playfully and then urged Kafei to fly faster who obediently did so.

-"Do you Like waterfalls Lara?"

He asked and looked back at lara with an amused smile on his face, Kafei herself was also carrying a larger sack in her talons the sack had many kinds of refreshments like wine and spirits and some bread too. Seranth knew that Lara still thought about her family and were very cautious about aproaching the subject most prefferably he would not bring it up at all, His relationship with Lara was good as it was right now and Seranth would not want it to change for the worse.

Lara had never dreamed about flying. Giant hawks were something which belonged in fairytales, not the real world. So every time she flew on the giant hawk, it was like a dream came true. It was amazing, and she really loved it.
She remembered that she was scared the first time she saw Tasselhoff, her Giant Hawk. It was so... Gigantic and something she hasn't seen before. It was new, and sometimes new things scares people. But it didn't take long, before it became her best friend.
She always talked to him, even though she knew it could answer her back. But she felt safe near him. She knew that he would never hurt her.
Also this time, it was like a dream came true. It was amazing. She would always love it, no matter what.
The wind played gently with her white hair. Her hair was long, soft and white – or almost white. She needed to dye it soon, because some of her hair was beginning to get dark again. But that was just details. It wasn't important as long as she wasn't 'home'. She still looked like herself, but the white hair helped to hide her a bit.
Actually her parents' house wasn't her home anymore. Her home was where she lived now, and she loved it.
She looked at Seranth, when he talked to her. Her lips formed a smile.
"Thanks," she said. Suddenly felt something strange. Her cheeks got strangely warm, and then she knew what it was – she was blushing. She didn't remember the last time she did that. She looked away, and didn't want him to see that. She didn't know how to handle that, because she hadn't felt that before. She just looked away, bit her lip and hoped it would disappear soon. She didn't like it.
She looked at him again, when he talked about waterfalls.
"I love waterfalls! they're so beautiful!" she said. She thought that there was something magical and special about waterfalls. It was so wonderful and beautiful.
She didn't know where Seranth wanted to go, but she really looked forward to it. It was a little adventure, and she loved adventures. Everyday could be an adventure, if you used your imagination. Everyday was an adventure for Lara. She looked forward to every day, because she didn't know what would happen.
She knew that Seranth had a large sack with something, and she really wanted to know what it was. She was curious, but she didn't want to ask. She would see it when they got to the place Seranth had in his mind.

Scythe-Nova

Seranth Smiled to himself when she said thanks and when she blushed he grinned amused by the display of embarrasment that Lara was showing, Was it such a bad thing to blush he thought before smiling widely and looking at Lara calmly.

-"Then you are going to like the place i've picked out"

He said before grabbing hold of Kafei who squawked at Tasselhoff before making a sharp turn down into the forest between some rather large trees. Seranth Glanced Back at Lara to see if she were not falling behind.

-"It's a bit trycky to get there though!"

He shouted back at Lara and grinning widely as he felt the gusting winds through his hair and how his adrenaline rushed through his veins, The way after going into the forest were actually simple if it were not for the many narrow passages that you had to get through and also a drop down a ravine hidden under the foilage of the trees well down there it was easy to fly for the hawks.
