Lara had never dreamed about flying. Giant hawks were something which belonged in fairytales, not the real world. So every time she flew on the giant hawk, it was like a dream came true. It was amazing, and she really loved it.
She remembered that she was scared the first time she saw Tasselhoff, her Giant Hawk. It was so... Gigantic and something she hasn't seen before. It was new, and sometimes new things scares people. But it didn't take long, before it became her best friend.
She always talked to him, even though she knew it could answer her back. But she felt safe near him. She knew that he would never hurt her.
Also this time, it was like a dream came true. It was amazing. She would always love it, no matter what.
The wind played gently with her white hair. Her hair was long, soft and white – or almost white. She needed to dye it soon, because some of her hair was beginning to get dark again. But that was just details. It wasn't important as long as she wasn't 'home'. She still looked like herself, but the white hair helped to hide her a bit.
Actually her parents' house wasn't her home anymore. Her home was where she lived now, and she loved it.
She looked at Seranth, when he talked to her. Her lips formed a smile.
"Thanks," she said. Suddenly felt something strange. Her cheeks got strangely warm, and then she knew what it was – she was blushing. She didn't remember the last time she did that. She looked away, and didn't want him to see that. She didn't know how to handle that, because she hadn't felt that before. She just looked away, bit her lip and hoped it would disappear soon. She didn't like it.
She looked at him again, when he talked about waterfalls.
"I love waterfalls! they're so beautiful!" she said. She thought that there was something magical and special about waterfalls. It was so wonderful and beautiful.
She didn't know where Seranth wanted to go, but she really looked forward to it. It was a little adventure, and she loved adventures. Everyday could be an adventure, if you used your imagination. Everyday was an adventure for Lara. She looked forward to every day, because she didn't know what would happen.
She knew that Seranth had a large sack with something, and she really wanted to know what it was. She was curious, but she didn't want to ask. She would see it when they got to the place Seranth had in his mind.
