Seh'lvah had picked the least obvious of her forms, although she still stuck out like black on white. At least she wouldn't terrify people like this. Just intrigue them.

Specifically, it was her green Gryphon form, and as she walked into Northoak, she was met with looks of distrust and wary faces, all curious of this emerald marvel. It was odd, her colouring, but she could argue that her feathers were naturally that colour. It wasn't believable, but it was an excuse that was enough to tell most people that she didn't want to be asked about what she really was.

Most people didn't like dragons wandering round their villages.

The day was a good day for a wander too, with Methusela being off on his own, being more than old enough to fend for himself. She just worried that he was getting into trouble. He had a habit of doing it, and after having heard about him and Hari'lah, she was not the least bit impressed. And she still hadn't spoken to Hari'lah over it as well. Maybe she wasn't the greatest parent.

But why bother Hari'lah over it, she hadn't caused the problem, Methusela had. Methusela admitted that it wasn't Hari'lah's fault. Her worry was that she was going to end up with grandchildren.

She thought and contemplated as she wandered, listening to the bustle of the town and bathing in the social aspect of walking.

Then she heard the loudmouth.
