Where to post my own open rp universe?

I have a entire universe that I have written down that I would love to share with everyone and anyone who wishes to participate as a global RP but I have no idea how or where i would post this. I have one galaxy mostly for my character and will be making a few more generic galaxies as well as make it so people can create their own galaxies, species, worlds they come from etc. This is my own open world rp where you can essentially do almost anything in a futuristic setting. Do I post this in the Open Rp section and just keep track of everything on notepad?

You could post it in the OPEN RP forum, however, because it's sci-fi, it seems more appropriate for it to be considered over at SotE's science fiction site- RotE! (link found here).

The Never King- a king erased from history because of his dabblings in dark magic (among other things...) suddenly because a present day problem when an unlikely group of adventurers 'awakens' him from the grave. I ran the Connlaothian civil war. For more info, check out it's page here. The war has now turned into a 'Cold War' with it's plotting page found here. It's no longer a huge site wide event but the scars are there.
