Physical Description
Cadreinth has gotten his looks from his mothers side of the family. The Opal hair and pale but rosy complexion is a curse on that family and he has always wished to look a little less fae and a little more human. There is nothing wrong with brown hair, he's always found. His eyes are a different matter, a golden yellow outlined by bright jade green. Being from one of the more rich provinces he's taken to wearing only the finest leather, whether he's inside doing paper work or outside practicing with weapons.

Another thing he loaths, his body is quite willowy. He lacks the barrel chest and instead is simply lithe. Of course, his body is a temple and he'll stay as fit as possible until the day he dies.

Personality
A no non-sense kind of man. If you have something to say you say it now or he just won't care anymore. That's not to say he is without reason, he's just got a lot on his shoulders and he'll be damned if someone makes him waste his time on their problems.

Behind closed doors he's a man like any other. Outside though, he's of an important rank and he will act as such.  The closed door thing is a cop-out, I don't know what he's gonna be like yet.

Magic/Abilities
Cadreinth has some elemental magic.
He's fairly certain there's a curse on his mothers bloodline, like his cousin, his magic manifests its self in much more physical ways. Unlike his cousin, he never took pains to learn how to channel his abilities and because of this he's not capable of using them to their full extent.
He is adept with blades, bows and arrows and can 'enchant' them. His swords can have an icy touch, his arrows can have an electric shock. Fire burns him  so he stays far away from it. Mostly he dabbles in forcing the wind in the direction he wants and lighting.

It's fun to shock people when they aren't expecting it. Just a light little zzzaaaap on their hand. Hilarious.

Relationships
Adalia
His cousin. Her father is his uncle and he remembers playing with her when they were much younger. They do not keep in touch beyond family related things.

Lillythian
Lillythian was Cadreinths wife. Betrothed at a young age, she was three years his senior. He tells people she died of a wasting sickness not long after the birth of their first child, and the baby along with her. In fact, he paid her to leave and never come back, because the child was not his.

[ personal body guard/ long time friend ] he needs one of these! PM me if you're interested and we can talk about it! (8

History

Growing up knowing he was going to be the High Lord of Jadenshine let him have his priorities in order. He was studious and was all business. All work and no play made Cadreinth a very dull boy. Short tempered and even less patient he wasn't a nice boy, with Ara being his only companion and only friend for a good many years. Betrothed to his to-be wife when he was seventeen and she was twenty, the following years were simple and he continued to study for when he would be the High Lord.

The years ticked on and they were uneventful, he began to do more at his Fathers side and took on more duties when his wedding came around. Lillythian brought a few people with her when she moved to Jadenshine and a small herd of horses. The key member she brought along was was the man who broke and trained all of their horses, a Duhjari man that Cadreinth could never bother to remember the name of. Of course, he knows it now, he just refuses to speak it.

Before the first year of marriage was up, Lillythian was pregnant. Their marriage wasn't a happy love filled one, it was a duty done by the eldest children for their respective families. His wife didn't go out of her way to become friendly with him and he didn't push the subject. Still, Cadreinth was excited for the child, his own little child. He'd never known true heartbreak until he saw his prefect little daughter that looked nothing like him and his wife confessed that the child was not his.

Ashamed and hurt, Cadreinth gave his wife some money and told her to take what she could carry and leave. The stable master left with her. Cadreinth had not seen them since he ordered them away.

When he was made High Lord after his fathers death when he was thirty, Cadreinth withdrew somewhat into himself. A business man, Cadreinth had never considered himself an individual, he was raised with a goal and that goal was to see the prosperity of his house. See the success of future generations, though the bloodline seems to end with him.
