Guild Hall

So I want to add a settlement (Basically the guild hall) in the Kishahn Jungle because I am planning to do a rp taking place just there, but idk how to add a new place or if I need a mod or admin to do it or at least give me permission to do it.

To my knowledge you need an Administrators help with this. You have to place a subforum request in the Guild section of the site. Here. But you also need all the information that is required, as per what that thread says. This also goes for locations such as settlements.
