Truthfully, Joruriko had been out for a walk. Well, actually to buy some supplies. She had been on her way to one of the stores, and then a dark skinned girl happened to run into a wagon. Joruriko winced at the thought of running into those -it didn't sound all that pleasant. But then she was surprised to watch the following small details, until the part where the man had his hand raised. It didn't matter who the dark skinned girl was -she shouldn't be struck! That was highly unpleasant. Of course, Joruriko was slightly on the bored side of things, so it was no suprise when she summoned her three helpers: Toukon, Kodai, and Takaharu. They were three monkeys, all standing up to 5 foot on all fours, with prehensile tails, fangs and claws they were not the usual 'monkey'.
Toukon, the largest, thickest, had a black skinned face and hands, a long jagged scar of his left eye. There was also a slight nick on his nose and his tail was kinked in a few places. His eyes were sickly yellow, and his fur was brittle and a mixture of browns, blacks, and reds, often turning into orangey.
Kodai, the smallest, thinnest, with blue eyes and pale fur and pink skin.
Takaharu, gold in color with gray skin and green eyes, and rivaling the size of Toukon, but not as muscular.
It was abrupt, their arrival, and the crowds looked at them suspiciously and with some hints of fear. But Joruriko paid no mind as she directed them -her trio- and Toukon stood, thick and imposing between Kayani and her angry slave-owner. He stood on his hand legs, baring fangs with his shoulders squared, sickly yellow eyes gazing at the man.
Kodai was sitting off to the side, Takaharu closer, prepared to enter or intervene, he watched this -how would it play out, them opposing the great Toukon?
Joruriko showed up purposely late, pretending to look absolutely astonished that her three lovelies were being such a public nusiance!
"Oh my! I am incredibly sorry, Toukon just is very sensitive to violence. And he's such a mischevious creature," She said, walking over and feigning embarrassment and mortification.
But neither she or her monkeys moved.
(Ahaha, hope you don't mind?)
