· Physical Description ·Inaya is a slender lady, with black hair that reaches well past her hips and almost to her calves. Her skin is fair but tanned so she doesn't burn easily in the Essyrn sun. As she's spent most her life either under the heavy hand of an overbearing father, or a slave, she's always been told what to wear. Generally gold decorated veils meant to flatter her and display the wealth of the one she's attached to.
She's generally kept clean - and prefers herself this way - with her hair tied up and back. Her bright blue eyes are frequently lined in black to further accent them. Given her life as a dancer, she's fit but not overly so.
· Personality ·Inaya might be a slave now, but she didn't start that way and wasn't born into it. Her manners are what most would consider proper - speak when spoken to, be seen but not heard. That's not to say she's demure or a passive woman, she just knows when to keep her mouth shut when it won't do her any good. While she was sold off as a harem 'wife' to another man, she's trying to find a way out of her current situation. Unhappy to be 'just another pretty face in the crowd'. She wants to feel important to someone, to be -that person's someone-. She's not likely to admit that, because it is a silly and romantic thing that doesn't happen to people like her, but she's not willing to settle for less than what she feels like she deserves.
And she feels like she deserves quite a lot, given she thinks quite a bit of herself. While she is a dancer, Inaya isn't helpless in other areas of her life. She knows how to cook, clean, mend clothing, and she's a fair enough hand with a blade. What's more, she's certainly
willing to stab someone if she has to.
· Magic / Abilities ·All of Inaya's abilities are rather mundane. Dancing and some knife skills. She does know a handful of languages and she is well read, given her upbringing, and would fetch a high price being sold as 'just a slave'.
· Relationships · · History ·Inaya came from a well to do merchant family, though she was but one of many children. Raised proper, to a loving mother and tutor, she was sold off to another merchant to be part of a harem. Given the nature of her heritage and upbringing, she's able to fetch quite the price on the slaver's market. Since she's yet to bare her current husband a child, he's opted to sell her off as 'flawed'.
