Kael hurried on his way towards an opening within the forest road. Aggravated by Valtera, the warlock was a quite the handful to talk with. An increasingly frustrating experience. How dare she go on resurrecting Bael's old manservant. It had certainly not improved the situation as Tony was as much of a talker as any zombie.
On top of that they all consumed vast amounts of food to sustain their existence. What a fucked up team of treasure hunters they were.

He had spent his last gold on a carriage and two horses. Valtera had her place next to Tony and he was scouting ahead because every conversation was just the two of them teaming up against him.

Why couldn't he work alone? Why did he have to put up with this? They would have to answer for it later on. With a grunt he turned the horse around to look at the sun and its clear blue sky.

They hadn't followed at his pace so he had a good while before they would arrive where he was now. Muttering an indecent word or two about females.
Now he would just have to find something within the forest to kill time while he waited for them.

A beautiful large cat stalked through the forest, her white fur with black spots plain through the darkness of the foliage. The paws hit the floor with a light pad, the breathing of the animal slow and fine through the air. A very little blue dragon in the mouth of the cat. The dragon huffed and puffed in a happy way, small smoke rings coming out through the nose of the dragon.

A carriage caught the cats eyes. The cat crouched in the grass. She smiled as she watched the humans. Typical for the impatient male to be waiting on the too slow female. Her human green eyes watched in curiosity. The dragon huffed, drawing the attention of the male. Nyx crouched lower in the grass.

((Hope you don't mind me jumping in!))

Reym strolled down the forest road, humming a bit to himself as he went. A leather bag was slung over one shoulder, full of the day's kills. His hunting was improving as he became more accustomed to the area, and the success had put him in a good mood.

He spotted a horse and rider on the path ahead of him. The man seemed to be bothered by something, and as he approached, Reym was sure he felt eyes on them from the cover of the forest. He was in much too pleasant a mood, however, to let himself be troubled.

He raised one hand as he came up to the rider, calling, "Good day, sir! A fine day to be traveling!"

«A fine day indeed but travelling like this is so tedious and slow.» Kael had been watching into the forest, trying to discern if it would be worth the trouble to check out who was there. Smelling the air, whistling happily. A dragon hatchling and some wierd cat. They would definately be fun to play with.

Then the chart finally appeared in the distance. «Finally!» the dragon exclaimed in great relish. He would give everything for his old monk robes back. Even commoners where stopping to talk with him. While it wasnt a bad thing it certainly was unbecoming. The young dragon caught himself wanting to galopp over there but then lush vivid memories of his conversations with the female gender where recalled. His happy smile darkened a little. Shaking his head

«Women. Do you know some special way to deal with them?»

Reym glanced at the approaching party. It was difficult to see much at this distance, but the group was not dressed poorly, and all seemed to carry themselves with an air of confidence. "None that would work on a such a lady, I'm afraid," he said with a small chuckle, "they are stange creatures, difficult to understand in the best of times."

He felt his good mood tinged by a hint of wariness. The rider seemed a bit impatient, and he had the look of one who could handle his own. He sat at the moment ready to react, and seemed to be paying some attention to something in the forest, clearly aware of all that was going on around him. Reym didn't think it would be wise to hinder him.

Still, he seemed open enough and Reym was never one to turn away from a conversation with an interesting stranger. Perhaps he could find out more. "Have a hard time dealing with this one?" He asked.
