Player Submissions?

I was looking through the 'Badges' thread and noticed a badge that you get for original player submissions. What exactly does that mean?

I found the archive 'player submission' board - so I guess it's races etc - but is that something that doesn't happen anymore?

Sorry, I got confused, not a very clear question I know! But if someone could clear it up for me that'd be great.

No, you can still earn the badge by submitting a race, species, religion etc. The ones you found were archived because submissions were moved to the wiki, which can be found here. To submit something you will first need a wiki account, and you can get one simply by PMing Rhi.
