So I've been thinking, maybe these threads should be the responsibility of the people playing the rulers of those nations. Just a suggestion since most of them haven't been updated in a long time (Serendipity's still has the Queen listed as open for example), and the rules for playing leaders does say that they should to be up-to-date with whatever is going on in their nation anyway.
