Not-So-Basic Information:
NATURAL Description: Piper is... Piper. With her shortness and skinniness, she would most likely be mistaken for twelve (even when dressed as herself) if it weren't for her, well, curves. Her natural hair is pixie cut and strawberry blond and her natural eyes are green with specks of gold. The specks of gold show through any color she chooses her eyes to be. Also, Piper's facial features are very defined.
Costuming and Clothing: Piper likes to dress up. Extremely. Which, given her powers, kind of makes sense. She'll be sporting different looks everyday. How she dresses will depend on her mood and the feeling she's going for. One day she may look like a young boy while the next she'll look like a full-grown woman. Simply speaking, Piper is the master of disguise.
Personality: Piper loves to act. While she is normally very sweet and keen on making friends, she'll sometimes dedicate an entire day to a character. If she decides she'll be mean and terrifying one day, well, your character might not like her. With almost no exceptions, she'll hold the character through until the end of the day. She'll also use her acting skills to her advantage she'll act all innocent and start to cry for her 'dead' mother. Piper rarely shows her true self to anybody that hasn't known her for a while.
Magic/Abilities: Piper's best ability is her acting skill. She gives the most convincing acts and can trick even the smartest of people. Though much of this is talent, there is just something about Piper that makes people believe her. Is it magic? Perhaps. No one really knows. What they may know, however, is that Piper has the ability to change her hair style though magic. Length, color, style... she can choose it all. But whenever she sleeps it turns back to the normal pixie-cut strawberry blond. This is true for her eyes, too. They can turn any color she wants them to—though she tends to stay away from red and white and black.
Piper does have some other skills that don't really help her disguises. Her sixth sense is extremely good. She can often understand emotions of people and animals without even talking to them. Piper can also often feel when something bad is going to happen or if someone is following her, and sometimes things seem to slow down, giving her more time to react. Piper doesn't know how to make that last one happen, but she has realized it only happens in times of danger.
Many of her special abilities are due to her elven blood and, as time passes, she discovers more and more hidden talents. Because she wasn't raised by her elven father, she never learned elven magic or how to use her talents. But little by little, Piper is starting to figure things out.
History: Piper's history isn't all too exciting. Her elven father died before she was born, leaving her to be raised by her human mother. Her mother was actually the one that taught Piper the magic to be able to change her hair and eyes. But although Piper loved her mother, there were certain things she was never able to learn without her father. So when she became old enough (sixteen), she left her village and mother to search for other elves to teach her their ways.
