sooo...this is just an example of how bored I am in my english class...I've fallen back into my poetry phase!  YAY!  hahahaha....as we're going over speeches...and finding devices in them, I'm writing poems ^^;  I'm such a good student.

Night Be Our Mistress

Come dance in the moonlight,
Alluring, adoring
As star lights are caught in her hair.
Come spin with the shadows,
Hidden, ne'er bidden
To find naught but bright lit despair.

E'er night be our mistress,
Forlorn and forgetting,
The great amber star of the morn.
Come help weave Night's stories,
Roving and roaming,
In hope that an answer rests there.

Fie, fie to the morrow
Of lies brightly roaring
Fie to that unbroken day.
Yet, fie to the darkness
So wrongly she's calling
'till lost we become in her lair.

Will night still be charming,
Alluring, adoring,
When morrow replaces the stars?
For twilight is broken,
Forlorn and forgotten,
Our mistress, she rests, dawn is here.
