Physical Description:
Vincent Negroponte would be a noticeably shorter man, were he actually able to stand. The boy has pointed ears and a button nose, and his blue eyes are cloudy. Acne and blackheads are scattered across his face. His vibrant blue hair has streaks of green in it, and falls just past his shoulders. He wears a worn out red sweater and grey pants. He doesn't wear shoes- he has trouble tying them.

Vincent's spirit stone is moonstone! He wears it in a cheap silver pendant, and and often clutches it to make sure it's still around his neck.

Personality:
Vincent... doesn't have a lot going for him. To start with, he's blind. A carriage accident rendered him paraplegic as a child, and his bizarre immunity to healing magic rendered his legs beyond help. His immune system is incredibly weak, causing him to get sick from the smallest of things.

Don't you dare pity him. Vincent hates being treated differently with a passion, and pushes himself too hard because of it. He'll get upset is people try to make special accommodations for his disabilities ("Medical conditions! They're medical conditions!"), and will outright refuse help when it's offered to him. He can survive on his own! Just you wait and see!

Relationships:
None to speak of. Vincent's parents are dead, and his abrasive attitude tends to push others away from him. Just about the only person who hasn't stopped trying to help him is the local priestess of Myyla- something that Vincent deeply resents.



Magic/Abilities:
Vincent is- get this- immune to life magic. He cannot be healed by magical means, and requires medicine and potions in order to stay healthy.

In truth, Vincent isn't so much immune to life magic as he is a sort of transmitter for it. Using life magic on him will cause it to amplify considerably, healing the injuries of anybody in a one kilometer radius instead. Vincent doesn't know he has this ability, and if he did he'd probably complain about it.

History:
Born blind, Vincent had a rough childhood. The boy's weak constitution caused him to nearly die of illness many times in his youth, and the cost of medicine caused his parents to suffer financially. The boy grew up being told that he was a burden, and he developed a chip on his shoulder because of it.

At the age of 16, Vincent and his parents got into a bad carriage accident. Both his mother and father died, and Vincent was barely able to cling to life. The crash had broken his spine, and while he eventually recovered he lost the use of his legs. Now without a home and with nobody to take care of him, Vincent does his best to fend for himself...
