Physical Description:

Sweet Rokalele, look at that mask! Is that a real skull?

An imposing figure, most people feel a sense of dread upon seeing Tuyet. Her slate blue eyes are seldom visible behind her skull mask, and she has a very prominant chin. Her build is wiry, and she lacks the tattoos most Yorieqi recieve upon reaching adulthood. She has no wings, and instead has to use a boat whenever she island hops.

Tuyet carries a sword made from shark teeth. It's a lot more deadly then it looks.

Personality:
Tuyet is... edgy, let's put it that way. A contrarian by nature, she revels in breaking the status quo and causing drama between others. Many villages have run her out for being a menace, but she refuses to change her behavior. It's her faith, you see- Tuyet believes conflict drives people to better themselves.

As far as her belief system goes, Tuyet asserts that there are two types of war. There are "big wars", which are the bloody conflicts that we typically think of when we hear the word. More important, however, are "small wars"- best described as interpersonal conflicts, arguments, and general drama. Whereas a big war serves to inspire growth in a nation, a small war inspires the growth of an individual. Tuyet believes that sparking these small wars is her duty as a priestess of Koa, and her ability to rock the boat is nearly unmatched. The list of things Tuyet has done to cause trouble could go on for a few pages, so I'll just list the highlights.

• Convinced the children of a small village to bully and harrass any Yorieqi without wings (this backfired somewhat, as they soon began throwing stones at Tuyet herself)
• Stole all the surfboards from one of the coastal settlements and framed another village for it
• Added a hard consonant to the end of her name, just to confuse people

Oh! And she's a murderer. Tuyet generally targets people who've already been exiled for breaking the law, as those who worshiped her god did in the past. Hey, Koa needs to get those sacrifices somehow!

Relationships:
The most important relationship in Tuyet's life if the one she has with Koa, the god of war. She prays to him every day, and makes sacrifices whenever possible.

Magic/Abilities:
Tuyet has no magic! She's totally normal. She pretty good at swordfighting though.

History:
To Tuyet, war and conflict are highly misunderstood concepts. While war brings bloodshed and sorrow, it also causes growth and change. It was the constant warring between islands that spurred Elikapeka to unite the tribes, and it was through war that she accomplished that goal. It is an entire neutral force, and one that is nessicary for any meaningful progress to occur.

In it's centuries years of peace, Yorieq has forgotten the good war has brought them- as well as the god who personified it. Worship of Koa has all but fallen to the wayside, and the islands have no military to protect the peace they fought so hard for. In Tuyet's eyes, the nation has gone soft- and with the recent "discovery" of Yorieq by more militaristic foreigners, what's really preventing the islands from being invaded? It's all very concerning, but nobody seems willing to hear Tuyet out...

Really though, who would actually hear her out? She's a scary, kinda evil person who would probably be executed if she was ever caught.

(Tuyet does have an actual backstory, but I'll let it come out in roleplay.)
