Physical Description
Lahvi has long platinum hair that reaches to where his seahorse tail begins in the back and is cut with long sloppy angled bangs in the front. His skin is mostly black with glowing yellow markings on his face and arms and a black seahorse tail, however his coloring can change at times. His light blue eyes shine with hope and, more often than not, confusion. Lahvi has a cute round face and a lithe body. He gills behind his ears but does have a small set of human like lungs too.

Personality
Lahvi is considered naive and childlike even among Muirin standards. He is very sweet and kind despite the fact that he is not treated with the same kindness. Lahvi is quite klutzy and very quick to apologize.

Abilities
He can breath under water (XD), but other than that and changing color he can't really do anything special. He can't even swim very well.

While Lahvi is able to surface from the water and breathe air, he can only survive for about an hour out of the water and has no way of walking or really moving on land.

Relationships

History
Ohtulahvi was always an outcast. He was different... and even in a 'utopian' society those who are different are easy prey. Orphaned at a young age he grew up with the other orphans of Sheelin, which wasn't too terrible since the orphanage was in the royal palace. Still, he was always mentally slower than the other children, and didn't have any sort of family or friends, well other than his narwhal plush toy. He was picked on by the other children quite often, and ended up running away after accidentally breaking the royal crown (wasn't really his fault but he thinks it was).
