I just got back from a trip to Brunswick to visit my grandfather. While the visit went well, the traveling was rough on me, and my back and hips have really bothered me both during the trip and since getting home.
I'm hurting and really tired. I'll try to get moving here again this weekend, but if I can't, I'll post here and let you guys know.
