Physical Description
Luca has tanned skin, finned ears, and clear blue eyes, with wavy pale blond hair that falls to about the middle of his back. At his waist, his skin turns smoothly into golden scales that cover a long, sinuous tail about six feet in length with russet dorsal and tail fins. He has well sculpted muscles that are pretty much always on display as clothing isn't really a thing for him.
Personality
Curiosity may have killed the cat, but it never hurt a fish!...Or something like that, anyway. Luca has an avid desire to learn and he's curious about- well, everything really. His pursuit of information can sometimes lead him to be blunt or frankly impolite, but he means well.
He's particularly fascinated by the lives of people on land as it is so different from anything he's ever experienced.
Magic/Abilities
Luca can exchange his fins for legs for "three passes of the moon"- basically this means he can become semi-human for three nights at a time, but if he's not back in water by moondown of the third night, he dies.
