((OoC: kind of a fail post, but I've owed something for a while now.))
A light sigh left the dark elf's lips as Isethra asked her what a basin was. It seemed she had assumed a bit too much about the lizard and her people. Perhaps they just didn't have much contact with humans, or any of the other more refined creatures. "Trust me, it isn't something worth concerning yourself with. Just something to hold water for washing," she replied, placing her empty glass on the table. "And you will see the room soon enough. Like I said, it isn't anything special."
Her eyes then wondered over to the breadstick she had been offered before rolling back down to the glass in front of her. "I will eat later," she continued, waving the food away and refilling her glass. "My people won't die from going a few hours without food."
