Physical Description

Lei has light tanned skin, with pear shaped body that she's not afraid to hide. Her eyes are a dark brown with her right eye slightly obscured by her bangs. Her hair over all is blue-grey in color and kept neatly short, usually seen down.

Personality

Lei is generally very friendly and open to meeting new people and making new friends. She's talkative without being overbearingly so, as she clams up even in the middle of a sentence when she notices someone else trying to speak, but if she's with someone who isn't much of a talker, she'll easily do most of the talking if she doesn't feel like settling into a comfortable silence. If you're her friend, she will likely offer to take you out for food or drinks whenever she has the spare funds.

She's also stubborn to a fault with a taste for knowledge, which is a terrible combination for her as it usually gets her short on cash or in awkward situations.

Other Traits/Facts

• While she considers many her friends, she's only loyal to those she considers close to her.
• Those close to her she's willing to do most anything for, be it keep a terrible secret, or go with them into a completely disadvantageous battle.
• She loves baths, and just being in water as a whole.
• Decently flexible and tends to use any magic in battle in a much more active way.
• She's a very affectionate person, and loves to hug and kiss her friends when allowed (favorite spots to kiss are the cheeks, nose, and lips if they're okay with that!).
• She will always scrounge up the coin for an inn when possible.
• On that note, Knowledge > Comfort. She will readily sleep on the ground if something else catches her eye and needs the money instead.
• Absolutely not open to pregnancy and will always skirt around the topic when asked.

Magic/Abilities

Lei's got a high aptitude for magic, but only below-average skills and control for it, as she's only recently started to practice it more seriously. This leaves her with a high chance of having many, many oopsies on her adventures.
Her skills lie primarily in water and minor healing magics. With healing being a much larger hill for her to climb.

History

Born to a common family of merchants, Lei didn't have much past the general small magics her parents and elder brother had. It wasn't until she by chance met a wandering mage when she was a teenager that she even tried to do magic stronger than helping clean up a spill.
And oh boy was it stronger than she expected, leaving her family a bit troubled with an overflowed well.

After that incident, her desire to practice more magic and learn what she could about it grew and grew, leaving her to head out on her own a year later to travel, learn, and practice whatever she can.
