No, really. Ron Paul is now my new favorite person ever. He's sponsoring a bill to start issuing letters of marque to American citizens to go hunt pirates.

You can't make this stuff up.

Now to see if I can get him to sponsor legislation that would make airship piracy legal, provided we attacked other pirates >_>
