Hmmm... character relationships?

I was just wondering if there is a Character relationships board where people can apply to be a certain character's friend/lover/enemy/etc.?

Um.... Nope!
Everything goes to the plotting center, where you can ask someone to fill in a role in a plot or offer a role in someone elses or try to get interest in your own. ^__^
