Theophania sighed, dark eyes downcast to the ground. She ran her hands down the comfortable, thick pants. She straightened the large shirt, kicking up some small pebbles with the tip of her sandals. Theo huffed, brushing the long silken brown tendrils and tucked it behind her ears, grounding her teeth softly. With a tug she pulled off the string on her hair, racking her long fingers through the lengthy soft hair and pulled it into a tight bun to her head and quickly tied it.

Theo sighed, rubbing her right temple for a moment. She glanced around, looking for anything of interest. She found nothing that immediatly caught her eyes, but she assessed everything with an apathetic stare. And her mind was lost to the dizzying tidal wave of thoughts. Where was anything of interest? Where was all the action? She bit her lower lip and glanced to sky. Where was a friend when you needed one? Not around, of course.

Moving towards a stand she heavily laid her eyes on him and forced a smile onto her full lips. She let a grin absorb the stiff tilt and slowly became more casual and cool, a grinning idiot if you will. She stretched and examined the foods and stopped at the apples, eyeing the bright, shiney redness. She ran her tongue along the back off her teeth, wondering how she'd get an apple with the lack of money.

"Ma'am, could you spare an apple?" She asked politely, even meekly.

The woman, indesicive, looked from girl to apple. What was one apple? Money lost, that's what it was. Paying customers were more welcomed then non-paying customers. What if someone saw her handing out free food just like that? They'd hit her up for food all day long! She couldn't do that!

Theo whimpered softly as the woman shook her in head in the universal 'no'. She sighed and gasped, staring at an invisible point over the woman's shoulder. The woman glanced behind her, and in that time she stole an apple and hid it in her sleeve. She shrugged and sighed, shaking her head and moving along as if she was deeply disappointed. As soon as she turned the corner she bit into the juicey, tender apple. A sigh escaped her as she pressed her back against the cool, shaded brick. So! What went on in this village?
