Physical Description With a long, strong face and jaw, strong lower lips and always clean shaven, Danning's blue eyes appear almost like two blazing stars filled with twinkling passion. Set beneath thick eyebrows that are dark brown, nearly black despite his blonde hair, which is long and kept back in a tail, Danning is everything a representation of a Connlaothian should be. Not too tall but with broad shoulders and a strong physique, this man has strength in his heart and faith more so than with a sword. He normally wears plain clothes and jackets of the church, and simply buckle shoes.

Personality and Some History
He preaches his own views of his religion, based on his belief that Angsar came in with war desiring peace, and that peace should be maintained and that the current state of Connlaoth goes against the very desires of it's own God.

Mages, he believes are hardly evil, but those who use their magic for evil, have become corrupt and should be saved, not slaughtered, for it is the kingdom's damnation of them that he believes has driven most mages to rebel. This view was only solidified when he met a female mage held captive in a church within Reajh and was refusing to be sent to the mage camps. Upon questioning her, he grew close to the woman and realized she was just like any other person, and that clearly, her innocence was ruined by the false accusations of a war that should not be.

But as things grew more tense in the capital, Danning's efforts to preach against the church grew more and more dangerous that riots soon broke out and he was chased out of the capital. Though when he tried to return and seek out the woman mage from the church- his only lead was that she was likely dead. And for months, he grieved, and vowed never to allow another innocent he could help fall prey to this merciless war.

But his passion lead to gaining many enemies, and soon his views were seen as not only a retaliation against the church (even how peaceful he may seem), but tyranny against the Grand Duke and his country. Though Danning himself had suffered through many prisons, he was never hung and always released and warned to stay away and stop causing trouble. However, as the war became worse, Danning's voice only grew stronger, and during some of his public speeches in Reajh, he'd get so into his words sometimes he'd lose his voice!

And now with the war taking a new swing, his position became even more dangerous- and soon friends of his 'enemies' that wanted him silenced for good knocked the man out and Danning awoke days later, chained beneath the creaking boat of a slave ship heading south.

Magic/Abilities
No magic, but he is a good public speaker

Very passionate and steadfast

determined and brave

against slavery and oppression of any kind

Relationships
-His parents had been simple farmers by trade, but his Uncle had been a priest, and a priest with a unique twist on Angsarism. Living in a small town, this view was hardly disturbed, and the idea that all men and women are equal struck a heavy cord in the young Danning when the war broke out and mages were forced from their homes from what he believed as 'no good reason'- as these people were innocent and he knew them since he was born.

-a young female mage from the church held captive helped cement his desires to protest publicly where ever he could. He vowed, on her behalf, believing she was dead, to not allow any others fall into the same fate she had suffered. Peaceful people should not be punished.
