     · Physical Description ·
Vailea has looked like she's been in her mid twenties for two thousand years. She has sun kissed, olive brown skin and shiny black hair that's kept almost shaved on one side of her head. She dresses for the occasion – simple top, breeches, boots, and a sword at her hip. There's usually some manner of cigar near by, though. She likes the sweet ones. Adorned with rings, earrings, and bracelets, Vailea herself is a walking treasure chest. Gold and silver alike, she switches style and type often. Likes to keep it fresh.

When she's lounging around or having fun, Vailea dresses down in a red silk robe patterned in stylized gold flowers and dragons that hit her just above her knees and stalkings with slippers. She likes fine things. Good drink, strong wine, and tasty food.

Vailea is now a lich. She commands, creates, and controls undead. She also consumes souls to sustain her, ideally, eternal life. You'd never guess it looking at her though. She's vivacious, pleasant, charming, and there's not a whiff of death about her. On her ship, that's a little different. She likes the unquestioning slave labor of zombies, skeletons, and ghouls. Those living are also crew, but they know who she is and what she does – so they don't mess with her either.

She's a hedonist. She does things because it's fun, because it feels good, tastes good, or makes her smile. Vailea isn't held to any moral compass and cares very little for any life beyond her own. Not that it comes across that way. People are made to feel the most important right up until she breaks their body and consumes their soul.

     · Magic / Abilities ·
Vailea can create animated undead from bodies around her, command them, and maintain control over a small army. She's an old, ancient lich that's quite adept at hiding exactly what she is. She plays the part of a cantrip necromancer pirate captain.

She consumes the souls of others to sustain her, ideally, eternal life. Taking their years and making them her own. She doesn't have to do this often, as such, and if she were to kill something immortal it'd only sustain her for several hundred years. This means it's not something she does all the time but she can.

Vailea picks up languages quite easily and she's a well read individual, even if she doesn't initially come across as such. She's crafty and sly, making it quite difficult to pull a fast one.

Though Vailea looks, feels, smells, bleeds, and for all intents and purposes seems alive, she is not. She's undead. What would normally be a fatal wound for another human is not for her. The only way to kill Vailea is to destroy her phylactery and she's not telling where that is.
