Physical Description
Thin, wiry and only beginning to form any sort of muscles or defining manliness, Clint West is known for his bright green eyes, his series of dimples that breaks out on his face, nearly consuming it when he smiles, his near platinum blonde hair work with a part in the middle and at a length where it's cut to his cheek, his priggish nose (thanks to his mother) but a strong chin (thanks to his father) and a smattering of freckles across his lightly tanned skin. He's old enough he's only beginning to show any traces of facial hair, but being he hit puberty late, it's not too defined as of yet in his life. His voice, though deeper than it was, isn't exactly a baritone, and despite being a noble, he goes out of his way NOT to sound ANYTHING like his prim and proper parents.

Personality/ History
Rebellious, restless, and at the stage in his life he's looking for a way to define himself, Clint, normally called Wilbert West in the higher society, has since changed his name when he turned fourteen, and now is adamant everyone call him by his middle name Clint than anything else.  He's quick to rile up, quick to anger, and quick to do about anything (such as fall for a girl with a pretty face, and do stupid things to impress her).

Life is still new and exciting for Clint, and he loves going out of his way to draw attention to himself and find some sort of adventure out of everything he does. He always feels as if he's got something to prove, despite his parents soft spoken praise for him. If anything, he wants to be just like the rough and tumble boys he reads about in books, and though his parents are more pacfists than anything, he has to find ways to get himself more swordplay practice in, which normally means he's teaching himself (and teaching himself the wrong way...)

But he goes through things in phases, and believes he himself is the cat's meow. He's a good looking boy, don't get him wrong, but the second he opens his lips, most people would rather avoid talking to this one- unless they are amused by someone who's lips never stop moving, never stop telling a tale... whether its a fictitious embellishment or not. Little does he know, he gets most of his traits from his Grand Father, who was a man of means in the Connlaothian military when he made a name for himself, and hearing such grand tales from him where he had once served beside the Grand Duke of Connlaoth himself wet the boy's appetite to do something greater with his life, despite his parents refusing to let him join the army.

He likes pistols and rifles, because of his Connlaothian ancestry, and has a fascination for them.  And normally he carries around a flint lock pistol at his side, which may or may not even have any bullets or black powder available on his person to use. Though if one thing can be said abou thim, he is pretty good with that gun- at leats more than most Serenians, considering it is not a popular form of weaponry here.

Magic/Abilities
He has ZERO magical abilities.
As far as swordplay - he's really just a novice, but he's trying! He has really had no real teachings, except the limited basic ones his parents allowed him to have growing up, but even HE knows that's not enough to make him any good at it. So he tries to train himself- and he's really bad at it XD

Marksman ship- though not too good with a bow and arrow, he at least has SOME skills with a pistol or rifle, even if the guns of the present day have no real accuracy. He somehow figured out how to compensate for that and usually gets pretty close to hitting his mark.

Relationships
Fantine West- Mother, alive and well (a sweet, soft spoken woman)
Roger West- Father, alive and well (though is rather aloof and tends to keep this own personal shop, so most of Clint's time spent with either parent is mostly spent with his mother, who is too nice and soft spoken for her own good!) And his father is really, really hard to anger- though it's been known to happen- and it's scarey.
Clayton West- Connlaothian cousin who frequents Serendipity alot for trade. He is the primary antagonist and creator of Clint's terrible nick names and constantly harassed the boy while growing up. The man has a calm, cool air about himself, and has no regard for other people's feelings outside of his own. And that's just find with him. Clayton looks really closely related to Clint, both sharing similar featuresi n hair style, color, and face shape. He is also a knight, one reason Clint scorns the idea of ever becoming one. How could someone as awful as Clayton EVER get knighted!? And Clayton uses this against the young boy more often than not. After all, who would ever DARE talk down to a Knight as perfect as he?
Einin Beirn- childhood friend

History
Having only hit puberty late in his life, Clint feels as if he's behind the game in trying to prove his worth to the world. Making up for his lack of confidence, he normally creates embellished tales to tell, normally based on things his own Grandfather embellished himself in order to entertain Clint when he was younger.

When he was younger, he was familiar with the Beirne family, having grown up with Einin and thinking she was always pretty, did whatever to impress her- including eating worms when she dared him to. He's still proud of that fact today, and has a similar take on life when someone challenges him- even if it's so over the top and impossible (and he KNOWS it is...) he'll try.

This has eventually lead him down the wrong path in life- and one wrong turn late at night had him attacked by a group of thugs, those of which were amused by his blatant lack of respect and his loud mouth. The kid had guts, they gave him that, and after realizing who he was, the Mountain Cat Gang quickly took him in, duping him into paying high dues while 'assimilating' into their ranks as a street thug at night.

Now this was the sort of life style Clint was craving- and he was more than happy to oblige whatever they asked- even if it meant stealing from his own family which... he still feels guilty about today. But heck, who does he care!? He snaps his own suspenders and is out there to make a name for himself and wants to be the best Mountain Cat there is!
