Physical Description
Tall for her species, Elmira stands at an impressive 6" and proudly boasts a rather shapely figure that she is extremely proud of. Her skin is a dark chocolate brown that contrasts well with her vibrant green eyes and short naturally hot pink hair which she keeps coiffed up on end. Her traditional attire is a vibrant green form-fitting dress that accentuates all her assets, showing more skin than it hides and is completely open in the back for her tiny pair pink of wings. She usually goes barefoot given that she is usually sitting or flitting about and has no need to protect her feet.

Personality
Elmira is a woman of strength, confidence, and attitude. She will be the first one to put you in your place and has absolutely no qualms about reciting all your faults in. In one breath she'll criticize and in the next tell you what you should be doing instead. It is in her opinion, her life's duty to better the world by spreading her wisdom. Elmira is a woman of rare character and has a smoldering disposition on a normal day with a charbroiling one once angered. It takes a lot of groveling to earn her forgiveness but she always has a soft spot for the truly helpless and hopeless cases.

History
From a very young age, Elmira knew what she wanted in life and how to get it. She saw what she was capable of and was determined to share her her wealth of knowledge with any person that was unwary enough for her to latch onto. She believed that denying needing her was just a sign of how bad off a person was without her and all the more reason to stay and impart her wisdom and good sense.
