Physical Description

Jin has wavy thick pinkish red hair that tapers down past the shoulders, mocha skin, a slender lithe frame, and smoldering black eyes. Maram-Jinan's face is heart shaped and rather androgynous, but soft. Body-wise Jin has wide hips like a woman but very tiny almost nonexistent breasts.

(I'm not going into their genitals unless its necessary for an rp)

Jinan tends to wear very sheer and traditional Essyrni clothing while in his master's harem. They rarely travel outside the harem these days, but are required to wear a veil outside as they are technically a slave.

Personality
Jin is the sort of person who, despite being owned by another human being, does not allow themselves to be pushed around... at least not in spirit. Jinan resents being referred to by gender specific terms- which is a hard concept for most Essyrni to grasp and the cause of many issues in their life. Jin knows it would be simpler to live as a man, but feels they cannot fake such a thing and perhaps out of spite, their owner refers to them with female pronouns.

Maram-Jinan is a free spirit at heart and hates being tied down and hidden away from the world. Mischevious, and often curious, Jin is the sort of person who enjoys eavesdropping and spying on those they can- and is pretty damn good at it too.

Abilities
Jinan is a talented dancer and bard. There are many rumors of their other 'skills' but those lack concrete confirmations.

Relationships

Mahvash Samara- Jinan's older half brother and current owner. It was Mahvash that had Jinan kidnapped and sold into slavery in the first place.

History

Maram-Jinan was not quite born into a wealthy Essyrni family. Their father certainly was a man of means and stature, however their mother was a Serenian concubine. Jin was raised in their father's home and grew up with their father's other kids and wives. Jinan's own mother was barely a mother to them and she was sold when Jin was only 7.

Things weren't so bad though. Jinan was one of their father's favorite children, and despite not being an heir to any property or status, they were doted on quite a lot growing up.

Maram-Jinan had no idea they were different until puberty. All of their sisters went through it and started to bleed with the moon cycle and Jinan did not. It was around that time that Jin realized that things did not quite match up.

It occurred to Jinan that perhaps they were truly a boy, but that wasn't right either. Their father did not want to discuss it at all and when ever the subject was brought up in their home he would bang his fist and state 'Jinan is Jinan.' though in secret their father would call them his little Seytil.

It was not long after that their father died under suspicious causes. With their father gone Jin left the house, trying to live as a man, working and making their own way when they were kidnapped by slave traders the first time they tried to venture outside Essyrn.

When Jinan's older half brother purchased them Jin knew it was not out of kindness or some familial bond. Maram-Jinan had always avoided their older brother and hated how their father's heir looked at them. Jin became one of their brother's concubines and now lives in Mahvash's harem.
