Death was no stranger to the shores of Thanatos, and as a necromancer Myrahe was more than used to dealing with the dead. Still... she found the mangled corpse lying in the sand before her to be bit unsettling, especially since it was that of the creature she had been hunting for the better half of the day. The small imp had managed to slip out of its cage while her mistress was experimenting on her latest acquisition and she had been assigned to recapture it.

Unfortunately the pitiful creature had managed to get itself killed, having found itself on the business end of a wild boar's tusks judging from the size and shape of its wounds. Her mistress was not going to be pleased and she would probably face some kind of punishment when she returned, but there was little she could really do about it.

What was done was done.

With a sigh she knelt down and scooped up the imp's carcass by the leg before tossing it into her sack. With any luck her mistress could still get some use out of it. At the very least she could always turn it into a zombie servant or something, since she doubted its body held any interesting secrets in the first place. She would find out when she got back, but for now all she could do was make her way back up the shore toward Suna with the sack slung over her shoulder.

That and hope her mistress was in a good mood when she arrived.

Valeai languidly walked along the beach, enjoying the water that caressed her skin each time a wave hit the shore and glided across damp sand. She had her head down and eyes pealed for a glimmer of shells. The work was long and she needed a whole lot of shells to complete the request of flesh sculpting. It would be worth it, she mused, looking up to work out a twinge in her neck, only to catch sight of...a person?

She sure didn't expect to see anyone out, but as she drew nearer, she noticed a sack slung over the woman's shoulder and how she looked similar to the temple warriors. Being curious, she decided to ask.

"Excuse me!" she called out awkwardly.
