Blurred faces moved past Sana, the bright colors of their clothing swirling around the streets. The sheer noise of the people was astonishing to the young woman- never before had she been around so many people at one time, all so disinterested in one anouther. The caramel skinned girl had lived in a small, rural town her entire life, and the culture of Suna was foreign to her. Still, she had traveled many days to reach this very place, and she was determined to find what she came for.

Her sandal-clad feet stamped quietly down the streets, green eyes scanning the roads for an inn. Amoung the city people, she felt horribly under-dressed. Her simple red knee-length skirt and brown half-shirt were boring compared to the vibrant colors and patters of the people around her. Her head also lacked the head-scarf nearly every other citizen was wearing, making her look naked amoungst the crowd. She sighed, pushing these materialistic thoughts to the back of her mind, for the moment. Right now, her most important task was to find a place to sleep, a hot meal, and the first bath she'd have since leaving her parent's house.

The inn she chose was clearly not the most reputable of the city. Men gambled in the lobby, and there was a distict smell of smoke and alcohol left in her bedsheets. Still, it was the best place her small wallet would allow. She tossed her sac on the bed, not forgetting to place her money and her room key in her pocket before she left the room. The hotel had a small bar attactched to it where, she presumed, she would be able to find a meal. Upon entering, however, the foul smell of sweat and ale overwhlemed her, driving her outside into the crisp night air. I suppose I'll skip my meal tonightSana sighed, disappointed. Instead, the young woman began making her way to the center of the city. The streets were less crowded now, to Sana's relief. In the distance, she saw what she was looking for.

The library was massive- more massive than any building in her entire hometown. It's walls were intricately carved and painted with the brightest of colors. She estimated it to be two, three stories high at least. Walking up its pure white steps, she couldn't help but feel unworthy. The inside of the building was, possibly, more stunning than the outside had been. Sana actually found herself gasping when she first opend the giant, wooden doors. Never before had she seen so many books in one place. There must have been millions of them, organzied in bookshelfs that reached from floor to ceiling. Paintings of people Sana didn't recognize adorned walls, and chandaliers hung elegantly from ceilings, illuminating the vast structure. Sana was fairly certain she'd forgotten her entire purpose of coming to Suna in the first place, lost in the beauty of the library.

Ghost didn't know how she ended up in Thanatos, but here she was none the less. She wasn't complaining though, it was a very interesting city and one she had never been to. Things were certainly different here than in other places, but it was a very interesting place. It certainly had a lot of interesting buildings in it and she would have loved to visit them all. She'd been to a lot of them that day and had finally found her way to a huge library and had been stuck there since then.

It was such a huge library, one of the biggest she'd ever been in. It was almost like paradise to her. Ghost had a soft spot for books and literature. So far she had spent at least three hours in the huge library. She wasn't sure where to start first, so she had went to the poetry section they had and moved in a clockwise motion from there. It would've taken her years to read all the books they had in this place.

It was probably about time she left and found a place to sleep for the night. She found it hard though to pull her eyes away from the book she was reading. Finally though, she managed to put the book down and started on her out. As she got to the front though, there was a book that caught her attention and she stopped to look at it. There wasn't too many other people in the library at this time of the night.
