There was a certain feeling Lucian got when he went out hunting. It was, to him, a mix of eagerness and anxiety. It always came about whenever he felt dinner was close. As the young gryphon flew through the forest, he got that feeling. And, right in front of him stood a massive stag, with a rack of antlers that matched the majestic creature's size.
Quickly, he pulled out his bow, and nocked an arrow. He had his thumb around the string, ready to draw it back, when, all of a sudden, another arrow came from out of nowhere and struck the massive deer straight through the heart, which sent the animal to the ground with a muffled Thud!
Although slightly annoyed that someone stole his kill, and that he'd have to go find another deer for Sigrid's cooking pot, he stuck around and perched on a fallen tree, curious as to who the hunter was.
((OoC: Lucan shoots his bow Mongolian style, not Mediterranean))
