Physical Description
Qadir greatly resembles his Serenian ancestry, very obviously having fae blood in him. It is most evident in his hair, which is cut fairly short and is all white, aside from a chunk of bangs that are streaked with lavender. His one good eye is also rather unusual, being of a rich teal color - the other is always covered by a faded red cloth eyepatch, as a devastating wound relieved him of the organ entirely. His skin is sandy brown, though it does not seem to vary in hue even when out in the sun for extended periods, and he has a few scars on various parts of his body from his life as a Yeoman (long bow archer). He's somewhat lanky, with extremely powerful yet lithe muscles. His upper body is very toned, with clear definition in his arms and torso, and his fingers are very calloused.
Thanks to being nobility now, Qadir can afford fabrics in deep, rich hues - though he always goes for comfort over fashion. His top of choice is robe-style (which he often leaves pretty well completely open) in a relatively thick navy blue material. His pants are dark purple and quite loose, especially around his lower legs, so that they easily fall over his soft brown leather boots. His only accessory is a silver chain and pendent - the pendent greatly resembling crosshairs inside a circle (stfu I like irony).

Personality
Qadir is...definitely a soldier. Not just in his ability, but also his general demeanor. He lacks manners and social graces, and quite frankly doesn't give a damn. He's very vulgar, using language that would never be appropriate around lady folk, and tends to just speak his mind at all times. Yuudai often describes him as 'mildly insane', simply due to Qadir's brash, fiery, straight-on approach to any and all problems. If he knows he annoys someone, he will often go out of his way to continue to do so, delighting in their irritation. He's also very flippant about sex, and will bang anything that shows interest, though he himself has no desire (and probably no ability) to actually settle down into marriage. As one might assume, he also does not take orders well, and he worked hard to attain the rank of Master of the Archers so that he would only have to answer to the head General. It's only during a fight that Qadir seems to buckle down, and despite his seemingly obvious personality shortcomings, he is extremely skilled at leading others and getting things done in as quick and efficient a way as possible.
Qadir knows he's brash and without censors, and he allows Yuudai to act as his 'better half'- his voice of reason, so to speak. Yuudai is one of the few people Qadir whole heartedly respects, and he loves the man like a brother, so he's often more than willing to comply with Yuudai's wishes.
Like his best friend, Qadir is not handling his 'retirement' well, and he is going crazy with boredom. He often takes to terrorizing his own servants, and Yuudai's, as well as any and all nobility he runs into at social functions. Hobbies, the local brothel - anything to keep him entertained!

Magic/Abilities
Archery Master - Qadir is a master of the long bow. While all Yeomen are trained to rapidly fire arrows with precision, Qadir is a head above the rest and he knows it. His accuracy is to the point of being uncanny - even with a lost eye, his ability to put an arrow where he wants it is master level. It may be due to his fae blood, but his eye and muscle memory have continued to make him a fearsome archer even with his handicap.

Swordsmanship - Of course, he couldn't always rely on a bow and arrows in a battle. Thus, like all Yeoman, he was trained extensively with a melee weapon as well - his choice being duel-wielded falchions. He did a lot of training with Yuudai, and thus he too knows many different weak points on armor. He generally goes for the armpits, the joint where the leg armor meets the torso armor, and any other joints/openings he can spot - his goal is to hit major arteries so that his enemy simply bleeds to death in moments.

Hunting - Due to boredom. With nothing else to do, and wanting to keep his archery skills sharp, Qadir has taken to hunting regularly. Often he keeps the meat to be used at home and gives the pelts to Yuudai for his leatherworking hobby.

Horsemanship - Due to boredom. As an offset to his hunting, Qadir started to master the art of properly riding horses. His favorite is makeshift agility courses, where he trains his horses to jump and turn sharply, testing both his and his horse's abilities.

Metalworking - Due to boredom. Yet another hobby taken up to pass the time, Qadir has a small workshop where he makes all manner of things, from trinkets and jewelry to tack for his horses. Often unable to use everything he makes, he likes to randomly give it away as gifts - or as he views it, getting rid of junk he doesn't actually need.

Relationships
Yuudai - His best friend and brother from another mother, Qadir is distantly related to Yuudai but met him during training. They became fast friends, and have remained close through thick and thin. Qadir was injured in the same battle as Yuudai, losing his right eye.

Maids - Open! They will likely be teased and annoyed by him constantly, though he's not really mean spirited about it (most of the time).

War buddies - Open! People he battled alongside and trained and what have you.

Peaches - Open! Yeah, Qadir often goes to the Randy Peach to alleviate his boredom, and so he's become a rather familiar face.

Errything else is also open!

History
Qadir comes from a family line of Yeomen, and he never really had any other path but to join the military. He always had a headstrong personality, and he hated taking orders. Since Yuudai quickly grew tired of listening to him bitch about it, his friend told him if he hated taking orders so much he should just become the man in charge. And that was exactly what Qadir did - he worked his ass off to become the Master of the Archers, and he was damn good at it too. Other than that, he's lived a rather nondescript soldier's life - training and fighting and drinking and sexing things up.
He suffered only one truly terrible injury that resulted in him losing his right eye, and like Yuudai, he's spent the better part of a year healing. Due to his exemplary service and loyalty (even if his personality left a bit to be desired), he was given a lesser noble title and 'retired' from active service. To him, it's very much like a punishment, and he would love to give those in charge an piece of his mind. Luckily, though Yuudai will humor his musing about the crazy things they could do to lose their noble title, his friend keeps him in check.
