Physical Description
Hrafn is pretty average for a Sionhai male; vulpine ears, tail and face, and the ever present bushy tail! His fur is stark white, reflecting his heritage of the Northern Sionhai, most of whom are either dead or hiding. The pale blue tribal markings running down his spine come not from a ritual or tradition, but from the fact that he is a son of the Goddess of the Northern Seas.
His clothing consists of a maille shirt that comes down mid-thigh, woven in a 7-in-1 pattern that is unique to the Sionhai. Over this Hrafn wears a light blue tunic and thick leather belt, both of which have seen their fair share of time on the seas. His legs are covered by a pair of cotton trousers dyed brown and very worn leather boots.
Personality
Hrafn is easily described as reserved and quiet. When around someone he doesn't know or like, he doesn't talk much and seems a little tense. The majority of the time, though, this is with people who he kindly refers to as 'land walkers' (I.e. People who don't know a lick about sailing!), mostly those who try to hire his boat. When in the company of other sailors, or just out on the open water, Hrafn is a bit more relaxed and open, willing to have a decent conversation... Provided you can stand his accent!
One thing that can turn Hrafn from being your best friend to being your worst nightmare, and really the only thing, for that matter, is disrespecting the high seas. He doesn't tolerate people throwing bilge overboard, or catching more fish than is needed. For that matter, he will toss you overboard if you for simply trying to shoot a seagull. He also doesn't take too kindly to the phrase "cursing like a sailor"; his language, even when angry, lacks any sort of foul words. Point being, he doesn't need them to get his way.
