__________________IN-DEPTH STUFFPhysical Description*Artwork is my own!Jen is a humanoid creature of average build and height. His skin consists of a pale yellow base, with blue and green gradient markings flowing from his forehead down his neck to his hands and feet. He has long, emotive pointed ears, very long eyebrows that resemble antennae, and teal hair cut in a choppy, medium-length side part. His eyes are a vibrant pink and the left side of his face is covered with a white mask with similarly pink markings that resemble an eye and mouth.
Jen also has a pair of beetle-like wings on his back that are usually tucked beneath a blue-green cloak. His clothing is extravagant and flashy, worn in shades of blue and green with gold accents. He also wears white gloves on his hands, with silver rings over the gloves.
He rarely gives his true age in years, but he appears to be around late-twenties/early-thirties in human years.

Playful and sarcastic, Jendaelin is a fey through and through. He deals in bargains and trades, never makes a promise he can't keep, and despises being subservient to anyone he deems "beneath" him.
In his culture, there are strict hierarchies and ranks that must be followed to keep things in Balance. Jen is...less than inclined to do so and finds the whole thing a little silly, which has marked him as a strange outcast in his community. He does serve under an Archfey, although he makes sure to only do the bare minimum that he's supposed to in order to keep the authorities off his back.
Magic/Abilities-
Glamour Jen is naturally shimmery due to his fey lineage, but in areas with low populations of feyfolk, he will don a Glamour to change his appearance to be more human. This changes his appearance by shortening his ears and applying a more even tanned tone to his skin, removing the blue-green markings.

Offensive Magic Due to his Mageknight training, Jen is skilled in long-range offensive magic. He can fire off arrows and bolts of magic from his fingertips, as well as summon electricity and lightning.

Magical Persuasion Although he naturally has high charisma, Jen is also able to magically charm folks if he doesn't quite get his way. It works similarly to hypnosis. It should be noted that he can't persuade people to do something drastic that they normally wouldn't, such as kill someone else, and the persuaded party knows they were charmed after the magic fades.

HistoryBorn within a community of feyfolk residing within the Draconi Forest, Jendaelin had an uninteresting childhood. His parents, a trio of fey, were somewhat considered nobility and he rarely wanted for anything. When he came of age, as is customary in his culture, he was given a mask to wear; showing one's whole face is unbecoming for adults of a particular status.
He received the standard schooling for someone of his class in the community, but was quickly marked as a troublemaker and a disobedient creature due to his relaxed nature with authority. Nonetheless, he graduated with good scores and was ushered off into the hands of an Archfey to continue his training to become a "proper" member of fey society. While he and his Archfey had a decent relationship, his flippant attitude towards the entire social structure in the community led to him being discreetly passed off to the Mageknights in Serendipity to become a more..."useful" creature.
He took to this quickly, much to everyone's surprise, and flourished in the Mageknight training system. He eventually climbed the ranks and became a Mageknight of his own, now keen on gaining an apprentice to train. He still keeps in touch with his Archfey and his parents, although the latter think their child is a bit wayward still...
