Physical Description
A study in black and white, from his jet black hair and fair skin down to the clothes he tends to favor. By virtue of his heritage Cass appears eternally youthful, though this is somewhat offset by the years behind his dark eyes.

The most immediately noticeable thing about his countenance however would probably be the curving black lines inked onto his cheeks and across the bridge of his nose, a constant reminder of a duty he was born to.

Personality
Cassian is a withdrawn individual, more of an observant than a participant in almost every situation. He tends not to be one to pass judgement- so if he does, you know you've really screwed up.

He tends to be blunt in speech, but he means well. Usually...probably.

Magic/Abilities
Cass has access to all the nifty abilities that come with being a dhampir: i.e. increased speed, strength, senses, some minor hypnotic abilities, etc.

Relationships
His mother, Lady Carine Zefar of the High Council.

Snowcall, a griffon he rescued as a kit and raised.

History
Cassian's mother has always made it clear that she expects him to take her seat on the High Council when she either decides to abdicate or dies. He was raised among the courtly intrigue of the vampire council, but when he was old enough he struck out on his own.

He found the easiest way to make a living was as a mercenary, and quickly earned himself a reputation as cool, ruthless, and efficient.

Well...except that one time he came upon an abandoned griffon's nest and rescued the only kit that remained alive. He would later claim Snowcall was a practical investment--a fearsome mount and loyal companion—but honestly he just felt sorry for the little guy.
