Another day, another drink Meeta Nefertari thought gulping down the last of cheap wine in a small wooden cup. She sat by herself in a corner of a half filled tavern, wearing a dust covered cloak over her figure. For the time being she wanted to be herself and just relax. It wasn't something she didn't had often in her former life as a slave.
Now freed, Meeta intended to take of advantage of such benefits when it suited her. Thankfully she wasn't unemployed due to her profession as a freelance pit fighter. Plus being the lover and partner of a renown bounty hunter added more perks as well. She looked out across the bar, as the occupants went about their routines and such. Suddenly someone new entered through the front door.
With a discreet eye, she looked up to see who this stranger is.
Elena Stanfield flung back her hood. About damn time I got a break from all this wandering around. She shrugged and seated herself on the chair next to Meeta.
"Gin and tonic, please." she said, seemingly unmindful of the swordswoman next to her. She put down her staff - it was time for a well-deserved drink.
Quite truthfully, Meeta didn't see too many pink skinned foreigners in these places, unless they were slaves. So the fact this outsider came with such confidence, was pretty revealing, this stranger was no slave nor a servant either.
The waiter nearby, just huff an acknowledgment at Elena, letting her know she will have her drink in a rude matter. Meeta looked sideways at this newcomer and spoke in the common tongue with an accent.
"Welcome to Essryn, stranger. What brings you here to our side of the world?"
"Heh, just wandering around. Wanted to see what mischief I could wreak and which innocents I could corrupt." Elena twirled her hair, still waiting for her drink. She spoke in a slurred manner that was most commonly heard in pirate coves. "You know, witch stuff?"
Raising an eyebrow at the answer, Meeta didn't know if she was serious or not. If so, this one acted like she didn't care if that opinion was universally shared here. Then the annoyed waiter brought Elena's drink and left in haste, obviously not interested in dealing with what he saw as a uppity barbarian anymore than he had to.
"That is pretty straightforward, assuming you're serious. I'm just contend with having a good time or a fight, or simply best of both worlds. My name is Meeta Nefertari."
"Hey, Meeta. I'm Elena Stanfield, witch extraordinaire." Elena sipped from her cup.
The witch cracked her knuckles. "Heh. I'm a sucker for both of those things too, actually. When was the last time you had a really good fight?"
Smirking with a coy cat, Meeta replied.
"Well it's been almost a week to be honest. If you really want to tussle, I know a private spot nearby where we can have it out."
"Me? Fight you?" Elena laughed, drinking heavily from her glass. "You're on!"
I'd better not underestimate her... she thought to herself. She looks fairly tough.
Meeta answered Elena's laugh with a slient yet defiant grin.
"Good, follow me then." She then said.
Been playing wanting to test my new strength some more. Meeta reminded herself. After they paid for their drinks, Meeta lead Elena out of the traven. Several minutes later they came to a deserted building. Inside at the center was a fight pit covered by a huge red cotten mat, surrounded by a couple of stands slighty above it.
Once the two reach the pit, Meeta stripped out of her cloak, revealing that she wore white silk wrappings that covered her chest area and a matching short mini-skirt. Taking off her sandals as well, the Essnryi half-breed spoke.
"Here the rules, no magic, no weapons, just hand to hand combat. The winner is decided when one of us yields or is knocked out, unless it's a draw. Sounds reasonable?"
Elena smiled. "I like the sound of that." she said. She was feeling a little light from the drink, but made sure to keep as focused as possible.
She gave Meeta a small smirk. "I'd like to add another rule, though..."
Meeta paused with a curious expression before saying.
"Okay what's your rule? Also you may want to take your cloak off for this if you want it to stay intact. It's going to be rough."
With one swift pull, Elena flung away her cloak and staff. She flexed her muscles and got into a fighting stance.
"No crying home to Mommy."
Amusement filled Meeta's expression. The Essnryi half-breed commented further.
"Its a deal. I'll add something to your condition, the winner gets to punish the loser for a little bit afterward."
With that said, Meeta got into her own fight stance and began to circle around Elena.
"Heh. Alright, then!"
Elena bounced in place, looking for an opening to strike. Finding one, she rushed at Meeta and jumped in for a knee to the side. Her form was poor, betraying that of someone who had no training whatsoever - but that mattered little when the blow was at a speed faster than most people could even see.
If Meeta haven't gained those new abilities recently, she wouldn't been able to counter against Elena's attack effectively. Yet she did and Elena would find out to her shock when her host/opponent with one arm and threw a hook punch with the other, aiming for the foreigner's face.
"I - what?" Elena said, her face a look of pure shock. She didn't have it long, as the blow knocked her back, her nose bleeding.
She stumbled back, her earlier cocky expression gone. "How did you - how did you do that? You weren't even supposed to see it!"
"Let's say daring I picked up some enhanced strength and reflexes from a magical source. Something you would understand no doubt." Meeta answered, as she displayed a predatory gaze. It wasn't of the sinister sort, but enough to make Elena know she was in for a tougher fight than she imagined.
Suddenly the Essnryi half-breed attacked, jabbing with both fists, targeting for the witch's upper body area like chest and head.
Elena barely blocked the attacks with her arms. She launched herself back a few feet and made a rush again, aiming a flurry of blows wildly at Meeta.
The jabs had been used to test Elena's defenses and reaction. The results paid off, the witch came at Meeta recklessly. She took some hits in the face and stomach but Meeta countered, by grabbing ahold Elena by the waist and body slammed her to the ground.
Elena tumbled to the ground, grunting as she hit the cold floor. Pinned, she aimed a volley of blind swings at Meeta's face from her position.
Even though she can take more punishment with that enhanced endurance of hers, the punches to her face still very much hurt. Meeta let go of Elena and rolled away. Getting back up, she realized her mouth was bleeding. Spitting to the side, Meeta raised her fists up and placed her legs in a protected position.
"Like you said no crying home to mommy."
Elena struggled up. She snarled at Meeta for the remark.
"I...haven't...said...anything!" With all her speed and power, she rushed at Meeta at all fours and jumped in for a full-body tackle.
Touché Meeta thought to herself. Further pondering on it was cut short when Elena came at her with a tackle. The Essnryi half-breed responded with a smirk and met the tackle her own one. Both of them collided and fell sideways togehter.
They rolled over the mat grappling with one another for control and throwing punches at each other as well when able to.
Elena flipped Meeta on her back, trying to get her in a head-lock with her elbow.
Meeta rolled away from Elena and then sprang up with a spinning kick, aiming for the backside of witch's head.
Elena took the kick full-force and plopped to the ground. She tried struggling up for a few brief moments before falling back to the ground, motionless.
"Wow I must hit you pretty hard." Meeta commented. This meant she technically won and gets to punish the witch. Smiling with amusement, Meeta stroll over Elena's fallen form. She stripped the witch out of her remaining clothes and then grabbed her by the waist and body slammed her to the mat again on her backside.
"Wake up dear, time to take your punishment." She smugly said before griping Elena in a headlock.
Elena stirred to and found herself in a headlock, completely naked.
"Funny. I at least expected you to buy me dinner before this." she spat, a mix of anger and amusement in her voice.
"You would've done something similar if you won, deal with it." Meeta answered. Then she proceeded to flip Elena to face her. Keeping her pinned at the arms, Meeta stared down at her figure in examination, before saying.
"Nice tits, but I think mine are better." Suddenly she smother Elena's face with her chest and rubbed it vigorously on the witch. A minute later, Meeta pull her up by the hair and proceed to toss Elena around the mat several times and pinned her back down to rub witch's face with her breasts or butt again and again as part of the humiliation.
She threw Elena once more and was approaching her. Just when she was a few inches away, Meeta got distracted by spotting a large bird flying across the roof. This gave Elena enough time to strike back.
Seeing her chance, Elena aimed a swift kick at Meeta's head as hard as she could.
With Elena's suprise kick to her foe's head, Meeta topple over behind her. It left the Essnryi half-breed very much stunned by the blow as she struggle back up but only manage to get on her knees. Meanwhile the witch next to her, prepared to take her sweet revenge against Meeta, give back the same humiliation she received.
Elena slowly undid her opponent's robe, smiling all the way. She gave her a once-over when they were both completely naked. The warrior's well-toned body set Elena's heart beating, and she exhaled deeply.
"Mmm. You're no slouch yourself, miss." she said. Pinning her so that they were squished together, breasts against breasts, she leaned in to kiss Meeta lightly on the mouth.
"What are you waiting for? I punished you, you have to do the same to me if you can manage it." Meeta challenged the witch.
"Hee hee hee. If you say so..."
Elena went down and took a nipple into her mouth. She alternated between sucking on it and nipping it lightly with her teeth.
She rolled Elena off of her. Her guest actually thought she meant bed her. She shook her head at her own mistake for causing this misunderstanding, before saying.
"Sorry dear, I'm more into men to be honest. Though I know some people at a nearby brothel. I'll pay for it, on the house, since you did take me down. Okay?"
Elena rolled away and stood up. The look on her face was pure horror, mixed with indignity and shame.
"Uh, what? You were rubbing your tits on my face, girlfriend!" she shouted. "How was I supposed to take that?"
"Yes that was my fault there entirely. It was a humiliation thing, I assume you're going to do the exact same thing to me." She rubbed the back of her hair with one hand, in embarrassment.
"My sincere and humble apologies about that. I do want to make it up to you Elena, just tell me how. I do owe you."
She meant every word of it.
"Well..." Elena said, sitting down and sighing.
"...this is kind of awkward. Can we just get back to talking? Because now I think we've got a lot of stuff to talk about." She started putting on her clothes again.
"Sure that fine with me. Anything for a new friend." Meeta replied and proceeded to put back on her clothes too.
"I imagine you have questions. Feel free to ask them."
"...not really. I just...wow, that just made things really awkward, didn't it?"
She pointed and winked at her. "You've got a really good bod, though. Just pointin' that out." At the back of her mind, she screamed at herself for making it more awkward.
"Thanks, you as well."
Meeta really did feel bad for causing this whole misunderstanding. It's only right she make amends to her guest and new friend. To help get Elena's mind off of the incident she changed the topic.
"I'll you tell how I really gotten my super strength and reflexes. There was this demon I encountered and had to fight. She won but was impressed then she granted these enhanced abilities for a price of course."
"A price?" Elena cocked her head.
She didn't seem to be able to focus eye contact. This story was beginning to sound uncomfortably familiar.
She can see the concern in Elena's eyes. Meeta explained further.
"Don't worry, it wasn't my soul she wanted. The demoness wanted twelve souls, so I gave her names of who she can take. Trust me, those who were taken deserved it, they abused me and others when I was a slave."
Elena grimaced.
"Nnnnot what I meant. Making deals with people you shouldn't trust...well, I wrote the book on that one." she laughed.
Meeta laughed with her.
"That bad huh? Elena you don't have to tell me if you don't feel like it."
"Eh. Might as well."
Elena cleared her throat. "I wasn't always the way I am right now, see. I used to be...pretty shy, actually. Then I met someone that made it all change."
"Long story short, I fused with a being called Urthanoa. It's what gives me my powers, a bit of which I'm sure you've witnessed today."
Arching an eyebrow out of curiosity, Meeta asked further
"What are some of your other powers?"
"Heh. I can do this -"
Elena snapped her fingers. A jet of fire erupted from her hand.
"- but I could do that even before. I also don't need to eat or sleep."
