Ixil

Ixil crept quietly behind the building as he held up a smashed piece of a chromatic detail at the edge of the building. It appeared to be a fragment of a mirror, and a very sharp, tear like one at that. Through the reflection, Ixil could make out a figure leaning against the post of a merchant stall. A candle was flickering on the stall, shedding light to some features of the man's clothes. Ixil could only make out that the character had tanned brown leather clothes, with a coin purse hanging lightly on his belt. He considered the steal, but thought it too risky. He started to ponder about the situation. This man was clearly waiting for somebody, but who? Ixil decided he should get to a better vantage point to eavesdrop on the situation. He paced carefully to the left and gripped onto the brickwork of the wall. He clambered up with ease and perched on the stone at the corner tower. He loomed over them, the black of the night obscuring him from all view. The Ultima Thief like a vampire, unseen and deadly. He pulled the cloth up to his mouth, breathing out and removing from his pocket a tarnished brass monocle. He clamped it into his eye with the outer muscles of his eye socket, peering down at the man. Suddenly, the man started pacing quickly towards the alleys and Ixil looked for an exit. He saw a rope hanging from the cathedral tower and thought about it. Pounce. Like that, he had soared 36 feet forward, flying through the night. He gripped the rope, but it started to lower suddenly and a large noise rang out. "Fuck", he thought. It was the ringing bell for the cathedral. He dropped off, trying to make out where the man had gone. He spotted a figure walking past quickly and wasted no time. He was off. Like that, he was scampering along the dirt, sprinting towards the figure with his arms behind him. He spotted the figure in the distance and tackled him. He flipped the man over and realized that 10 men had surrounded him. One stood taller than the other, and the man paced over to him...
