Alba walked into Connlaoth, heart pounding. She was covered by a cloak that hid everything but the bottom of her face, but she still didn't feel safe. Not for the first time, she cursed her need to explore.

She'd heard stories about what the people of Connlaoth did to mages. And her being a fire elemental...

Shaking her head to rid herself of such thoughts, Alba continued on into the village. She brushed her hair out of her face and sighed. "I can't turn back." She whispered to herself. "I want to see... What it's like here..."

She continued on into the village of no magic, wondering what was to befall her.

Axel watched the stranger walk into the city, she was trying to avoid notice... that was ruined however by the cloak she wore which screamed "I AM TRYING TO BE UNNOTICABLE!". He sat in the second story window of a little tavern. Silently he dropped his huge frame fifteen feet to the street, terrifying the people on the porch of the run down place called "The Errtu". Straightening he followed the girl down the street.
