Physical Description
Cyril's heritage is a mix of elven and human. Thus, his face and body reflect that. From his mother, he inherited the height and dexterity of the elves, as well as a slightly paler skin tone and pointy ears. From his father he received the strength and muscle tone of the Connlaothians. His face seems to be a mixture of the two; with the pointy ears, white hair and pale skin, he looks elven, but his slightly stronger jawline and lower forehead also suggest human traits.
His clothing is also a mismatch at times. He can usually be seen wearing a white elven tunic, which covers three-fourths of his arm's length, and down to mid thigh on his body. The remaining length of his arm is covered with leather archery guards. Cotton breeches of Connlaothian origin cover his legs, and fur-lined leather boots dress his feet. On his hip lies a sword of elven make, which he only draws if he truly needs to.
Personality
Cyril is a caring and disciplined teenager. From a young age, he was taught to respect the tools in his hands and the people around him. His friends and family matter more than anything to him, but he is hesitant to draw his blade; while he is quick to defend his loved ones, taking a life is something that is of last resort to him, to be done only when no alternative remains. Disciplined as he may be, Cyril also has a bit of an adventurous streak, and every once in a while sneaks off to explore.
Magic/Abilities
Resistance to Cold; being half snow elf, Cyril has an inborn resistance to the cold weather. While he can't go up to Hyoite with just his everyday wear, he can withstand the winters of northern Connlaoth.
Magic: Born to a human Mordecai father, and a snow elf mother, Cyril had basically a 50-50 chance of inheriting one power over the other, and he got magic. Having the magic of snow elves, Cyril can manipulate snow and ice, to extent; being a halfie, he doesn't have the full abilities of full blooded snow elves, like his mom. However due to his father's Mordecaism, he can't use it that often (which is really a blessing in disguise, given the current events in Connlaoth with mages and rumors of prison camps in northern border towns like his)
