How do I set up my wants/limits page for my profile?

Here (http://www.spiritsoftheearth.net/smf/index.php?PHPSESSID=a2c585c8ae473dd20f1bbbf5fca0f0d6&board=141.0) you can find the link with both the form and where you will post your wants and limits. Feel free to fill out as little or much as you want. Once you have it posted you can then copy the URL link and by going into your profile and the "forum profile" dropdown at the top there is a box where you can put the link and save it.
