The Sorcerer's sense of humor was really starting to get on Liron's nerves.

Biting her lip, the nineteen year old made her way through the forests of Serendipity, occasionally casting a backwards glance over her shoulder. With every creaking twig and rustling tree branch, chills would rush down Liron's spine, making her hope to spirits above that she'd be able to complete her task soon enough. She rolled up her sleeves and tiptoed through the bramble, dark grey eyes searching the landscape fervently.

It was just like the Sorcerer to send her out at evening, when purples and midnight blues were painted across the open sky. It was the kind of night Liron would've rather preferred to spend in front of the fireplace, drinking cider and reading a book, but the Sorcerer had run out of a certain type of herb, and decided it would be best to send his ward out to restock his inventory for him.

She had obliged because she was not allowed to do otherwise, but grumbled all the while. Sticks and twigs tore at her thin leggings, and the girl groaned a little under her breath, lifting her white dress up by its side to help her avoid such meddlesome obstacles. Oh, the Sorcerer was going to have it when she finally got home, there was no mistaking that!

Liron preoccupied herself with thinking up methods for revenge, but was suddenly distracted by the sound of something shuffling in the distance. She hitched her breath – oh spirits above, please don't let something sinister be lurking in these woods – and treaded cautiously, hoping that she hadn't stumbled across something treacherous. Her steps were more methodical, more precise, as she ventured deeper into the forest.

Eventually, she came across the source of the shuffling – what seemed to be a... a centaur? A unicorn? A centaur unicorn? She had never seen anything like him before, and she had half a mind to turn right back around and run along, right back home. But, the creature seemed... hurt. And Liron was not someone who could turn her back on anyone who was injured, even if that someone was something unlike anyone she'd ever seen.

"I can't be certain,
But you look like you are hurt.
Are you quite alright?"

She crept up closer to him, peering at him curiously, making sure her steps were not silent so he would hear her coming. Liron tilted her head towards him, her hands clasped in front of her, and she said, albeit timidly, hoping the creature would not be hostile.
