Aisengod slowed down to a walk as he became short of breathe. He had ran so far in such a short amount of time that the smell of the burning house was long gone yet, he could and most likely would always hear the subtle crackling of burning wood.

Aisengod came upon a building that rested on the corner of two paths in the DMV. Medium sized, one story, fairly aged. Aisengod walked through the front red doors which gave way to a wave of heat and noise. The noise, a broken mechanical fan on the verge of it's last spins, sputtering as it spewed out it's last bits of energy.

The building had no windows but, it did have openings that did allow for air to come in. Yet, most of the time, the only air that came in was hot and dry.

On the far end of the building a squared fighters ring enclosed by a thick rope like material stood taking in the sunlight that the openings let in. Around the ring were barricades that kept the spectator from being targets of off balance bodies.

Two men were standing next to the mechanical fan and noticed that Aisengod had made his way into their building.

"Hey man, can we help you?" The bear/human anthro asked walking up to Aisengod.

"Nah, I'm just getting out of the sun for a moment. I'll be going soon, sorry if I interrupted anything."

"No, you haven't. But, you do look like the type of guy that enjoys a good fight." The anthro spoke as he looked over to the ring. "Want to make some money?"

Aisengod's eyes lit up when he heard the anthro speak about fighting and making money. Was he dead? Had the Kingdom finally killed him and sent him to his heaven? It sure as hell felt like it to him. To be offered a job with constant fighting, constant danger, constant change, is something he had always wished and dreamed for. And now, it was being offered to him.

"What's your name?? Aisengod asked as he kept his eyes on the ring.

"Zyn" The man replied as he put his hand on Aisengod's shoulder. "Want to get training under way?"

Aisengod shot towards the ring and slid in under the ropes. Getting to his feet fast Aisengod looked around. Getting familiar with the ring itself. Taking into observation the distance from the ring to the guard rails, the height of the corners, and the distance from the mat to the floor which did not have anything covering the naked concrete.

Zyn got into the ring and cracked his knuckles, neck, and back before approaching Aisengod.

"The first thing we must cover is how to take a bump without breaking your neck or giving yourself a concussion, ending your match and life early." Zyn explained as he got beside Aisengod. "I want you to fall back with your arms spread out and head tilted forward."

Aisengod raised his eyebrow but did as he was told and came to realize that taking a bump didn't hurt as bad as it would if he had landed with the back of his head smacking the matt.

"Good, the first step has been accomplished. Now we can start your REAL training." Zyn laughed as he contemplated the training that he was going to give Aisengod.
