Okay i posted, i think @Vyraena should continue it so we get something going already, then the other might and post as they see fit ^^

I'm going to wait before jumping into this thread just yet- only because I'm super busy and still owe quite a few new threads, so I should try to do those first, and then if I have time, I'll let you all know if I'll be jumping in~ I just don't want you guys to wait on the thread on my account since I'm busy x.x

The Never King- a king erased from history because of his dabblings in dark magic (among other things...) suddenly because a present day problem when an unlikely group of adventurers 'awakens' him from the grave. I ran the Connlaothian civil war. For more info, check out it's page here. The war has now turned into a 'Cold War' with it's plotting page found here. It's no longer a huge site wide event but the scars are there.

Just letting everyone know this thread is still going to continue, it's just currently stalled as we wait for Vyraena to post. Currently he's busy with college as that's what he said so I'll continue to patiently wait as he's got the next post reply.

I hope the others are still interested in this story.

Hmm, I think my character Valaeron would be a good fit here. He's a librarian who would definitely be interested in this tome / ruins for sure. Plus, he's a mage so he can scrap a bit if any trouble comes up!

Sure thing! Sounds like Valaeron will fit right in! He could be wandering by and find the ruins or perhaps he is seeking out rumors of such. Another possibility could be that the ghost lured him there.

My character Aura might be fun to throw in here! She's more or less an Oracle as well as a light mage. Maybe she had a vision about the ruins that made her seek them out for some reason? I'm sure her powers could be useful and she could fit right in.
